Abstract

Structure de support (11) destinée à positionner un produit placé dans un emballage d'expédition, cette structure se présentant sous forme d'une vessie à air en plastique qui est façonnée sur un côté pour former une cavité (13) dont les dimensions intérieures correspondent aux dimensions extérieures du produit et qui est façonnée sur l'autre côté de manière à ce que ses dimensions extérieures correspondent aux dimensions intérieures de l'emballage d'expédition. La vessie à air peut être un élément de positionnement vertical ou horizontal et on l'utilise normalement par paires dans un seul emballage d'expédition. La vessie à air est compacte et on peut la jeter après utilisation avec une incidence minimale sur l'environnement. Dans les exemples présentés, la vessie à air est réalisée en matière plastique telle que du polyéthylène et moulée par soufflage, cela lui permettant d'être jetée après utilisation et d'être recyclée, ce qui réduit encore son incidence potentielle sur l'environnement.
