Abstract
L'invention concerne une préparation pour thérapie de substitution et de contraception orale contenant au moins un progestogène et au moins un oestrogène, dans laquelle la dose d'oestrogène varie avec une périodicité permettant d'éviter sensiblement l'apparition de saignements, la périodicité étant de préférence inférieure à 10 jours et notamment à 7 jours. Ces préparations contenant le progestogène et/ou l'oestrogène sont administrées par voie orale, transdermique, parentérale et/ou peuvent être implantées.
