Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de détection d'un analyte dans un échantillon de salive, ce qui permet de solutionner les problèmes posés par les procédés connus d'analyse de salive. Ce procédé consiste à utiliser une solution à base d'un tensioactif comprenant des dérivés de polyoxyéthylènesorbitan d'acides palmitique et/ou stéarique et s'avère particulièrement efficace pour soumettre à une détection des échantillons frais de salive particulièrement enclins à produire des résultats positifs erronés.
