Abstract
L'invention est une méthode améliorée pour déterminer la concentration des composantes d'un mélange à analyser contenu dans un fluide par des techniques d'immunochromatographie dans lesquelles on détermine quantitativement par des moyens instrumentaux, par exemple au moyen d'un spectromètre à réflectance, les caractéristiques des signaux provenant du partenaire capté. Dans la concrétisation privilégiée de l'invention, les réflectances des partenaires captés et non captés sont mesurées dans des zones distinctes de la bande immunochromatographique, et le rapport de ces réflectances sert d'information quantitative additionnelle dans la méthode de dosage. Ce rapport peut être utilisé avec un dosage immunologique en sandwich, ou dans le format dans lequel le partenaire libre est capté par le mélange immobilisé.
