Abstract

Cette invention concerne un connecteur optique à noyaux multiples qui possède une petite taille, qui est facile à assembler, et qui est d'une grande fiabilité. Plusieurs gorges de guidage (22) de dispositif sont pratiquées dans une base plate (21). Les pas des gorges de guidage (22) sont à peu près égaux aux diamètres des fibres optiques nues (4a, 4b). Une première bande de fibre optique (6a) ainsi qu'une seconde bande de fibre optique (6b) sont jointes et placées sur le côté de l'extrémité arrière de la base plate (21). Les premières fibres optiques nues (4a) de la première bande de fibre optique (6a), ainsi que les secondes fibres optiques nues (4b) de la seconde bande de fibre optique (6b) sont disposées par alternance sur les gorges (22) du dispositif. Les fibres optiques nues (4a, 4b) sont ensuite pressées sur les côtés de leurs bords avant à l'aide d'un élément de presse (23) qui va les maintenir et les fixer. Une gorge d'insertion (17) de filtre est formée dans une région où sont également formées les gorges (22) du dispositif de manière à croiser ces dernières. Un filtre (16) est ensuite inséré dans la gorge d'insertion (17), laquelle permet de l'insérer dans les secondes fibres optiques nues (4b) de la seconde bande de fibre optique (6b).
