Abstract

L'invention concerne un mécanisme de déblocage fonctionnant grâce à un manche de commande unique et destiné à être associé à une charnière de siège de voiture. Ce mécanisme comporte une plaque de montage qui se fixe sur un coussin de siège; une plaque cintrée montée de manière pivotante sur la plaque de montage, ce qui lui permet de pivoter de manière sélective autour d'un premier axe de rotation inférieur; et une plaque de commande de la rotation montée pivotante sur la plaque cintrée, destinée à pivoter de manière sélective autour d'un second axe de rotation supérieur et se fixant à un siège arrière. Le siège arrière du véhicule peut pivoter autour du premier axe de rotation inférieur, prendre une pluralité de positions angulaires, se plier vers l'avant par rotation autour du second axe de rotation supérieur et passer d'une position normale à une position basculée vers l'avant. Le mécanisme de déblocage comporte un dispositif de verrouillage primaire qui fixe la plaque cintrée pivotante par rapport à la plaque de montage, et un dispositif de verrouillage secondaire qui fixe la plaque de commande de la rotation pivotante par rapport à la plaque cintrée. Un manche que l'on peut saisir manuellement rend possibles des configurations bloquées et non bloquées du dispositif de verrouillage primaire. Un bras de liaison est interconnecté de manière fonctionnelle entre le dispositif de verrouillage secondaire et le coussin du siège en vue de permettre le passage du dispositif de verrouillage secondaire d'une configuration bloquée à une configuration non bloquée après mouvement relatif du bras de liaison et du dispositif de verrouillage secondaire au delà d'une position seuil. Cette opération permet de débloquer le siège arrière du véhicule pour qu'il se plie vers l'avant, sur le coussin du siège, par rotation autour du second axe de rotation supérieur, comme cela a été dit préalablement.
