Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif (11) de moulage par rotation sur des axes multiples, comprenant une partie (12) support, une partie (13) moulage et une partie (14) commande. La partie support comprend une section (16) châssis courbe, dirigée vers le haut. La partie moulage comprend un ensemble (17) support de moule courbe vertical disposé dans la partie (16) châssis courbe et espacée de cette dernière. L'ensemble (19) moule comprend des sections (18) de moule séparables formant une cavité (20) de moule sensiblement fermée, ces sections étant maintenues dans l'ensemble (17) support de moule. La partie (14) commande comprend des systèmes (23, 24) d'entraînement disposés selon une configuration prédéterminée à côté de la section (16) châssis courbe. Ces systèmes d'entraînement sont activés sélectivement en coordination avec les systèmes (23, 24) d'entraînement adjacents afin de provoquer le mouvement l'ensemble (17) support de moule selon profil présélectionné. Des paramètres de fonctionnement présélectionnés sont stockés dans une mémoire (30) programmable. Des systèmes (32) de surveillance détectent l'information de fonctionnement dans les éléments de commande. Des circuits émettent des signaux à partir des systèmes de surveillance à destination d'un coordinateur (31), lequel compare l'information de fonctionnement avec les paramètres de fonctionnement stockés dans la mémoire (30) de manière à commander la rotation de l'ensemble (17) support du moule selon un profil de rotation présélectionné.
