Abstract

L'invention concerne un emballage sécurité-enfants (10) destiné à des produits thérapeutiques autocollants présentant une surface relativement grande (1), tels que des systèmes transdermiques thérapeutiques. Cet emballage se présente sous la forme d'un emballage thermoformé décollable muni d'un film de support (2) relativement indéformable, transparent ou translucide et un film de revêtement (3) décollable, relativement très souple et extrêmement résistant à la déchirure, au moins une région (4) recevant le produit (1) étant formée. Cet emballage peut être scellé avec un moyen de scellement au niveau de surfaces à coller d'un bord périphérique (5). L'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'un système d'aide à l'ouverture (6) de l'emballage est prévu sous la forme d'une section affaiblie (9) du film (2). Cette section affaiblie est située le long d'une ligne de jonction (x-x) de l'emballage (10) et est réalisée par entaillage, perforation ou fragilisation. Cette section s'ouvre par flexion pour faire apparaître un bord de rupture (20) servant à tenir et à décoller le film de revêtement (3) du film de support (2). Cet emballage est également caractérisé en ce que la rigidité des films (2, 3), scellés ensemble, par rapport à la section affaiblie (9) est proportionnée de telle manière que la force nécessaire à la flexion du système d'aide à l'ouverture (6) de l'emballage ne peut être exercée par les doigts d'un enfant, mais est appropriée à ceux d'un adulte.
