Abstract
L'invention concerne un cylindre de travail pour dispositif de laminage, permettant de produire à partir de plaques de métal, des produits présentant une section modifiée, par exemple une partie en forme de plaque et une pluralité de parois montantes solidaires d'une surface de la partie plaque, séparées par des intervalles, comme par exemple des éléments formant un tube d'échange thermique plat, un puits de chaleur et une structure de conducteurs. Le processus de production est plus simple et la surface terminée est plus précise qu'avec les cylindres de travail conventionnels. On empile alternativement plusieurs types de disques (20A, 20B, 21A, 21B) de diamètres différents l'un après l'autre sur un même axe on les assemble les uns aux autres. Des disques (20A, 20B) de grand diamètre sont disposés dans les zones sans parois montantes et des disques (21A, 21B) de faible diamètre présentant un rayon plus petit sont disposés dans les zones dans lesquelles des parois montantes doivent être formées, et les surfaces périphériques externes des disques (20A, 20B, 21A, 21B) sont formées comme des surfaces finies.
