Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de compositions de détergent granulaire dans lequel on utilise une granulation en lit fluidisé simultanément avec un recyclage sélectif de particules de tailles irrégulières afin de régler l'uniformité de la composition détergente finale. Ce procédé consiste à alimenter un granulateur à lit fluidisé en ingrédients de départ, à granuler au moins partiellement le matériau en utilisant le lit fluidisé afin de réguler la production de particules sous mesure et à les mettre à la mesure, en recyclant simultanément, afin de réguler les particules hors mesure.
