Abstract

Dispositif lumineux formé d'une tige souple contenant une chaîne de lampes à DEL à montage direct sur carte, ainsi que méthode de fabrication connexe. Le dispositif comprend les éléments suivants : une couche interne qui comprend deux rebords latéraux parallèles vers le haut et une rainure supérieure dans le sens de la longueur entre les rebords; une chaîne de lampes à DEL à montage direct sur carte, constituée de plusieurs unités branchées en série, chacune ayant une lampe à DEL à montage direct sur carte fixée sur la rainure et entre les rebords, un ou plusieurs moyens de conduction et une résistance; une paire de fils parallèles principaux placés à l'intérieur des rebords ainsi qu'une gaine recouvrant la couche interne et la chaîne de lampes. Toutes les lampes sont fixées et ont la même orientation pour procurer un maximum d'éclairage.
