Claims (19)

  1. Une méthode de fabrication d'une rampe lumineuse flexible comprenant les étapes suivantes:
    (a) envelopper par moulage une paire parallèle de fils électriques principaux dans une couche interne formée d'un matériau plastique allongé flexible en quoi la couche interne comprend deux rebords parallèles ascendants sur les côtés et une rainure supérieure dans le sens de la longueur entre les rebords;
    (b) connecter une première extrémité d'une lampe DEL sur pastillage à la section d'un premier conducteur, une second extrémité de cela à la section d'un second conducteur, et interconnecter la section du second conducteur et le secteur du conducteur adjacent par une première résistance de sorte à former une unité de connexion;
    (c) continuer l'étape (b) pour former une chaîne de lampes DEL sur pastillage incluant une pluralité d'unités chacune incluant la lampe DEL sur pastillage, deux sections de conducteur, et la résistance.
    (d) placer la chaîne de lampes DEL sur pastillage sur la rainure et fixer celle-ci entre les rebords;
    (e) disposer une section du conducteur la plus avancée et une autre la plus reculée sur les fils principaux dans le côté avant et le côté arrière de la couche interne respectivement; et
    (f) envelopper la couche interne et la chaîne de Lampes DEL sur pastillage par un matériau équivalent à celui de la couche interne par extrusion pour former une enveloppe.
  2. La méthode de la revendication 1, en quoi l'étape (b) comprend en outre la formation d'une unité de chaîne de Lampes DEL sur pastillage par le passage par une machine de brasage après avoir complété l'étape (b).
  3. La méthode de la revendication 1, en quoi l'étape (b) comprend en outre la formation d'une unité de chaîne de Lampes DEL sur pastillage par soudage ponctuel sur une section de fil en feuille de cuivre après avoir complété l'étape (b).
  4. La méthode de la revendication 1, en quoi les étapes additionnelles de formation d'une unité de chaîne de Lampes DEL sur pastillage en (b1) couplant une section de feuille de métal allongée entre deux unités adjacentes de la chaîne de lampes DEL sur pastillage, et (b2) en plaçant une bande possédant une pluralité d'ouvertures également espacées entre elles formées en perforant chacune de façon à positionner la lampe DEL sur pastillage et les portions prédéterminées des sections de feuille de métal allongée en quoi la bande est ôtée une fois la chaîne de Lampes DEL sur pastillage fixée sur la rainure après avoir complété l'étape (b).
  5. La méthode de la revendication 4, en quoi le couplage de la lampe DEL sur pastillage et des sections de feuille de métal allongée est réalisé par une machine de soudure par point possédant une pluralité de moyens de soudage par point pour des soudages simultanés.
  6. La méthode de la revendication 4, en quoi la bande est fixée sur un sommet de la couche interne par le moyen d'un adhésif.
  7. La méthode de la revendication 4, comprenant en outre une pluralité de fentes également espacées entre elles sur chaque côté de la rainure confinées aux rebords et une pluralité d'éléments de verrouillage également espacés entre eux sur chaque côté de la chaîne de lampes DEL sur pastillage en quoi chaque élément de verrouillage est inséré et fixé dans la fente correspondante.
  8. Une rampe lumineuse flexible ayant une lumière concentrée et une flexibilité accrue pour supporter une traction de cela, le dispositif d'éclairage comprenant:
    une couche interne allongée et flexible en forme de plaque (10) formée de matériau plastique transparent ou semi transparent incluant deux rebords parallèles ascendants (12, 13) sur les côtés et une rainure supérieure dans le sens de la longueur (11) entre les rebords (12, 13); une chaîne de lampes DEL sur pastillage (20) comprenant une pluralité d'unités connectées de série, chaque unité incluant une lampe DEL sur pastillage, une section de conducteur (23), et une résistance (22) interconnectant la sections de conducteur (23) d'une unité et l'autre section de conducteur (23) d'une unité adjacente de sorte que la chaîne de lampes DEL sur pastillage (20) soit fixée sur la rainure (11) en étant accrochée entre les rebords (12, 13);
