Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système de criblage d'une matière portée par un fluide à partir dudit fluide qui transporte également des particules, par exemple un système de criblage de fibres utilisables se trouvant dans des eaux blanches de la fabrication de papier ou de la fabrication de papier mouchoir, lesdites eaux contenant également des déchets tels que des fines et de la cendre. Ledit système met en oeuvre un crible souple et pliable sur lequel le fluide est appliqué. Le crible est supporté de manière à être suspendu à un cadre. Le fluide est dirigé sur une surface interne définie par le crible, et l'emplacement au niveau duquel le fluide frappe le crible varie de sorte que le crible ploie et se plie en raison de la souplesse et de la flexibilité de sa matière. De cette manière, la structure des passages de drainage du crible est constamment modifiée de sorte que se produit un nettoyage automatique qui empêche les passages du crible de se boucher ou de s'obturer. Dans un mode de réalisation, le crible possède généralement une forme tronconique, et le fluide est appliqué sur la surface interne du crible de manière que se produise une rotation du crible. La matière retenue sur le crible est dirigée vers une ouverture d'évacuation définie par l'extrémité inférieure du crible tronconique, et l'eau de rejet contenant les particules passe à travers le crible et est recueillie dans un réservoir de collecte de l'eau de rejet. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, le crible est suspendu à un câble de manière à former une structure en forme d'auge ayant une extrémité d'évacuation ouverte. Le cadre est mobile suivant une direction axiale ou suivant une direction transversale de sorte que le crible puisse se déplacer et afin que le pliage et le ploiement souhaité du crible permettent un nettoyage automatique des passages de drainage du crible.
