Abstract

La présente invention concerne une machine pour fragmenter des matières de tous types, comprenant: un élément de réception destiné à la matière (5); au moins un arbre (2) disposé dans le boîtier (1) et comprenant des outils de fragmentation (3); des outils de coupe rigides (4) disposés dans le boîtier (1), contre lesquels les outils de fragmentation (3) agissent pour fragmenter la matière (5) par application de forces spécifiquement limitées. A cet effet, les outils de fragmentation (3) présentent des zones de coupe (3.1, 3.2) parmi lesquelles une zone de coupe intérieure (3.1) est capable de prendre en charge et de fragmenter une quantité supérieure de matière à fragmenter (5) et possède pour cela un bras de levier de petite taille, et une zone de coupe extérieure (3.2) est capable de prendre en charge et de fragmenter une quantité inférieure de matière à fragmenter (5) et possède pour cela un bras de levier de grande taille. Selon l'invention, les outils de coupe rigides (4) présentent des dents (4.2) dont les parties latérales (4.3) coopèrent avec l'une des zones de coupe (3.1, 3.2), un premier tranchant transversal (3.4) des outils de fragmentation (3) étant dirigé vers un second tranchant transversal (4.4) d'une dent (4.2) des outils de coupe rigides (4) pour avoir une action coupante à leur passage à proximité l'un de l'autre.
