Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à la fabrication de sachets (1) sur plusieurs lignes dans une machine de formage-remplissage-scellage. Un ou plusieurs des bords desdits sachets (1) comportent des profils non linéaires (7) sur au moins 10 % de la longueur du bord. Ces sachets (1) sont fabriqués selon un procédé consistant (i) à sceller deux pellicules (9, 10) sur la longueur pour former une pluralité de tubes parallèles les uns aux autres, (ii) à sceller une extrémité des tubes, (iii) à remplir les tubes d'une substance désirée, (iv) à sceller la seconde extrémité des tubes pour former une pluralité de sachets (1) et (v) à perforer des parties (8) des bords scellés des sachets pour former les bords non linéaires (7).
