Abstract

Un procédé sert à améliorer la qualité de la mousse, améliorer le caractère fonctionnel du récipient et augmenter la température de la mousse de boue de sables bitumineux dans un récipient de séparation principal et comprend lintroduction de la boue de sables bitumineux dans un récipient de séparation; la rétention de la boue de sables bitumineux dans le récipient de séparation de sorte à produire des couches de mousse de bitume, des mixtes et des résidus de sables séparés; lintroduction deau suffisamment chauffée ayant une température supérieure à environ 80 degrés C sous forme de couche de lessivage distribuée uniformément sous la couche de mousse de bitume et lextraction séparée de la mousse de bitume, des mixtes et des résidus de sables du récipient de séparation.
