Abstract
La présente invention concerne des appareils et des procédés pour utiliser de manière constructive des impulsions de pression pour améliorer lefficacité volumétrique dun compresseur alternatif. Un appareil comprend un dispositif de circulation de gaz et un contrôleur. Le dispositif de circulation de gaz fournit un chemin à travers lequel le gaz circule entre un compresseur à mouvement alternatif et une bouteille de volume tamponnant le compresseur à mouvement alternatif depuis une installation. Le dispositif de circulation de gaz est conçu pour avoir une fréquence de résonance sensiblement égale à une fréquence dexécution de cycles de compression dans le compresseur alternatif. Le contrôleur est conçu pour contrôler la synchronisation de la commutation dune soupape située entre le compresseur alternatif et le dispositif de circulation de gaz, pour utiliser de manière constructive les pulsations de pression se produisant dans le dispositif de circulation de gaz, pour améliorer lefficacité volumétrique du compresseur alternatif.
