Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Wismutsalzes einer nierkurierten, organischen, einen Säurerest enthaltenden Verbindung.- Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einer therapeutisch wichtigen, <B>,</B> gleichzeitig Queck- silber und Wismut enthaltenden Verbindung gelangen kann,
wenn man Merkurianthranil- säure in Form ihrer Alkalisalze mit Wismut- salzen zusammeilbritigt. Der Gehalt an Queck silber und Wismut schwankt<B>je</B> nach der Menge der angewandten Komponenten. Die neue Verbindung zeichnet sich durch eine kräftige Wirkung bei Syphilis aus und ist weniger giftig, als nach ihrem Gehalt an nierkurierter Verbindung ei-wartet werden sollte.
<I>Beispiel:</I> <B>3,5</B> gi- Oxyqttecksilberanthi,anil-,#äureanhy- drid (Berichte der Deutsch. Chern. Ges. 47, <B>1937)</B> werden in 12 ccin doppeltnornialer Natronlauge und<B>800</B> ccm Wasser gelöst und mit<B>3,15</B> gr Wismutclilorid, gelöst in<B>5</B> ccm konzentrierter Salzsäure und 20 com Wasser, versetzt.
Das als weisser Niederschlag abge- schiedene Salz enthält nach dem Trocknen <B>28</B> O/o Quecksilber und<B>38</B> '/o Wi,#mut.
Process for the preparation of a bismuth salt of a kidney-curated, organic compound containing an acid residue. It has been found that a therapeutically important compound containing mercury and bismuth at the same time can be obtained,
when mercuryanthranilic acid in the form of its alkali salts is combined with bismuth salts. The content of mercury and bismuth varies <B> depending </B> on the amount of components used. The new compound is characterized by a powerful effect on syphilis and is less toxic than should be expected from its content of kidney-cured compound.
<I> Example: </I> <B> 3,5 </B> gi- Oxyqttecksilberanthi, anil -, # aureanhydride (reports from Deutsch. Chern. Ges. 47, <B> 1937) </B> are dissolved in 12 cc double normal caustic soda and <B> 800 </B> ccm water and with <B> 3.15 </B> g bismuth chloride, dissolved in <B> 5 </B> ccm concentrated hydrochloric acid and 20 cc water , offset.
After drying, the salt separated as a white precipitate contains <B> 28 </B> O / o mercury and <B> 38 </B> '/ o Wi, # mut.
