Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines wertvollen     Küpenfarbstoffes.       Im     Hauptpatent        ist    ein Verfahren zur  Darstellung eines     wertvollen        Küpenfarb-          stoffes    beschrieben, bei dem     Aminodibenzan--          thron,    das erhalten werden kann durch Re  duktion des durch Nitrieren von     Dibenzan-          thron    entstehenden     112ononitrodibenzanthrons,     mit einem in     1-Stellung    negativ substituier  ten     Anthrachinon        kondensiert    wird.

    



  Es wurde nun gefunden,     dass    man einen  ähnlichen wertvollen     Küpenfarbstoff    erhält,  wenn     man        Aminodibenzanthron,,    das erhalten       v@erden    kann durch Reduktion des durch  Nitrieren von     Dibenzanthron    entstehenden       Mononitro,dibenzanthrons,:    mit einem in     7-Stel-          lung    negativ     substituierten        Benzanthron    kon  densiert.

   Die Kondensation führt man zweck  mässig in hochsiedenden     Lösungs-    oder Ver  dünnungsmitteln aus, und man kann hierbei  auch säurebindende     Mittel    zusetzen. Viel  fach ist die Anwendung von     Katalysatoren     vorteilhaft, als welche beispielsweise Ge  mische von     Natriumacetat    und Kupfersalzen  benutzt werden     können.       Der neue     Küpenfarbstoff    ist ein schwar  zes Pulver; er ist in     konzentrierter    Schwefel  säure mit violetter Farbe löslich und färbt  Baumwolle aus blauer     güpe    in grünstickig       schwarzen,    hervorragend echten Tönen.

      <I>Beispiel,:</I>  Man     suspendiert    47 Teile des     Amino-          dibenzanthrans    in 750 Teilen     Nitrobenzol,     gibt 80 Teile     Natriumacetat,    6 Teile Kupfer  oxyd und 27 Teile     7-Chlorbenzanthron    (dar  gestellt aus     8-Chloranthrachinon)    hinzu, wor  auf man unter Rühren bis     zur    Beendigung  der     Farbstoffbildung    kocht. Darauf wird wie  üblich aufgearbeitet.  



  Man kann     das        Aminodibenzanthron     während der Reaktion aus der entsprechenden       Nitroverbindung    und einem Reduktionsmittel,  zum Beispiel     Hydrazinhydrat    oder     .Schwefel,     erzeugen.  



  . Statt des 7 -     Chlorbenzanthrons    kann  man auch die äquivalente Menge     7-Brombenz-          anthron    anwenden.
