Description

         

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines wertvollen     Küpenfarbstoifes.       Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur       Darstellung    eines wertvollen     Küpenfarb-          stoffes    beschrieben,     bei    dem     Aminodibenza.n-          thron,    das     erhalten    werden kann durch Re  duktion des durch Nitrieren von     Dibenzan-          thron    entstehenden     Mononitrodibenzanthron.3,

       mit einem in     1-Stellung    negativ     substituier-          ten        Anthrachinon        kondensiert    wird.  



       Es    wurde nun gefunden, dass man einen  ähnlichen     wertvollen        Küpenfarbstoff    erhält,  wenn man 1 Mal.     Aminodibenzanthron,    das  erhalten werden kann durch Reduktion des  durch Nitrieren von     Dibenzanthron    entste  henden     Mononitrodibenzanthrons;

  ,    mit 1     Mol.          Tetrachlor    -1 . 4 -     benzochinon        kondensiert.          Die    Kondensation führt man zweckmässig       in        hochsiedenden        Msungs-    oder Ver  dünnungsmitteln aus, und man kann hier  bei auch säurebindende     Mittel    zusetzen. Viel  fach ist die Anwendung von     Katalysatoren     vorteilhaft, als welche     beispielsweise    Ge  mische von     Natriumacetat    und     Kupfersalzen     benutzt werden können.

      Der neue     Küpenfarbstoff    ist ein     scliwar-          zes    Pulver; er ist in konzentrierter     Scllweiel-          säure    mit     violetter    Farbe löslich und färbt       Baumwolle        aus    blauer     Küpe        in        grünstichig     blauen, hervorragend echten Tönen.

           Beispiel:       47 Teile des     Aminodibenzanthrons    wer  den in 500 Teilen Nitrobenzol mit 25 Teilen       Tetrachlor-l.4-benzochinon,    20 Teilen Na  triumacetat und 5 Teilen Kupferoxyd bis  zur     Beendigung    der     Farbstoffbildung    unter  Rühren gekocht und dann wie üblich auf  gearbeitet.  



  Man     kann    das     Aminodibenzanthron     während der Reaktion aus der     entsprechenden          Nitroverbindung    und einem Reduktionsmittel,  zum     Beispiel        Hydrazinhydrat    oder     .Schwefel,       erzeugen.
