Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines wertvollen     Küpenfarbstoffes.       Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur  Darstellung eines wertvollen     Küpenfarbstof-          fes    beschrieben, bei .dem     Aminodibenz-          anthron,        .das    erhalten werden kann ,durch  Reduktion des durch Nitrieren von     Di-          benzanthron    entstehenden     Mononitro:dibenz-          a_nthrons,    mit einem in     1-Stellung    negativ  substituierten     Anthrachinon,    kondensiert  wird.  



  Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man einen  ähnlichen wertvollen     Küpenf        arbstof    f erhält,  wenn man 4     Mol.        Aminodibenzanthron,    das  erhalten werden kann durch Reduktion des  durch Nitrieren von     Dibenzanthron    entste  henden     Mononitrodibenzanthrons,    mit 1 Hol.

         Tetrahalogen-ms-naphtodianthron,    hergestellt  aus     Tetrahalogen-ms-benzdianthron,    das  durch direkte     Halogenierung    von     ms-Benz-          dia.nthron    erhalten wird, durch     Verbacken    mit  Aluminiumchlorid oder     Oxydation    mit  Braunstein in Gegenwart von Schwefelsäure,  kondensiert.

   Die Kondensation führt     mau       zweckmässig in hochsiedenden     Lösungs-    oder       Verdünnungsmitteln    aus, und     man    kann  hierbei auch     säurebindende        Mittel        zusetzen.          Vielfach    ist die     Anwendung    von Katalysa  toren vorteilhaft, als welche beispielsweise  Gemische von     Natriumacetat    und Kupfer  salzen benutzt werden können.  



  Der neue     Küpenfarbstoff    ist ein schwar  zes Pulver; er ist in konzentrierter     iSchwefel-          säure    mit     violetter    Farbe löslich und färbt       Baumwolle    aus blauer     güpe    in schwarzen,       hervorragend        echten    Tönen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Man suspendiert 47 Teile des     Amino-          dibenzanthrons        in    1000 Teilen Nitrobenzol,  gibt 15 Teile     Natriumacetat,    3 Teile Kup  feroxyd und 18 Teile     Tetrabrom-ms-napbto-          dianthron    (dargestellt     aus        Tetrabrom-ms-          benzdianthron    durch Behandlung .mit Alu  miniumchlorid) hinzu, worauf man unter  Rühren bis zur     Beendigung    der Farbstoff-      Bildung kocht.     Darauf    wird wie üblich .auf  gearbeitet.  



  Man kann das     Aminodibenzanthron     während der     Rektion,    aus der entspre  chenden     Nitroverbindung        und    einem     Re-          ,duktionsmittel"    zum Beispiel     Hydrazin-          hydrat    oder Schwefel, erzeugen. Statt des       Tetra'brom-ms-naphtodianthrons    kann man  zum Beispiel auch .das     Tribrommonochlor-          oder        Tetraahlor-ms-naphtodianthron    oder  andere gemischte oder einheitlich vierfach  halogensubstituierte     ms-Naphtodianthrone     verwenden.

   The condensation is expediently carried out in high-boiling solvents or diluents, and acid-binding agents can also be added. In many cases, the use of cata- tors is advantageous, as which, for example, mixtures of sodium acetate and copper salts can be used.



  The new vat dye is a black powder; it is soluble in concentrated iSulphuric acid with a violet color and dyes cotton from blue güpe in black, outstandingly genuine shades.



  <I> Example: </I> 47 parts of aminodibenzanthrone are suspended in 1000 parts of nitrobenzene, 15 parts of sodium acetate, 3 parts of copper oxide and 18 parts of tetrabromo-ms-napbtodianthrone (prepared from tetrabromo-ms-benzdianthrone by Treatment .mit aluminum chloride), whereupon the mixture is boiled with stirring until the dye has formed. As usual, it is worked on.



  The aminodibenzanthrone can be produced during the reaction from the corresponding nitro compound and a reducing agent, for example hydrazine hydrate or sulfur. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines wert vollen Küpenfarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man 4 Mol. Amino,dibenz- anthron, das erhalten werden kann durch Reduktion des durch Nitrieren von Di- benzanthro-n entstehenden Mononitrodibenz- anthrons, mit 1 Mol. Tetrahal.ogen-ms- naphtodianthron, PATENT CLAIM: Process for the preparation of a valuable vat dye, characterized in that 4 mol .ogen-ms- naphtodianthron, hergestellt aus Tetrahalo- gen-ms-benzdianthron, das durch direkte 13alogenierung von ms-Benzdianthron erhal ten wird, durch Verbacken mit Aluminium chlorid oder Oxydation mit Braunstein in Gegenwart von Schwefelsäure, kondensiert.
