Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines orangen     Küpenfarbstoifes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren     ,zur    Herstellung eines orangen       Küpenfarbstoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass  man     Anthanthron    in wässeriger Suspension  chloriert.  



  Das so erhaltene chlorierte     Anthanthron     ist identisch mit dem     Farbstoff    des Schweizer  Patentes Nr. 124528.    <I>Beispiel</I>     r:     10 Teile     Anthanthron    (in feiner Verteilung,  wie man es zum Beispiel durch Lösen in  konzentrierter Schwefelsäure, Eingiessen in  Wasser, Absaugen und     Säurefreiwaschen,    er  hält) werden in 150 Teilen Wasser suspendiert.  Man gibt ein Teil Eisen und 0,1 Teil Jod  dazu und leitet unter Rühren bei<B>90-950</B>  mehrere Stunden Chlor ein. Die Aufarbeitung  erfolgt in der üblichen Weise.  



  <I>Beispiel 2</I>  1 Teil     Anthanthron    wird in 20 Teilen  konzentrierter Schwefelsäure gelöst und die  Lösung in 200 Teile Wasser eingetragen.  Hierdurch scheidet sich     Anthanthron    in fein    verteilter Form ab. Zu dieser Suspension  werden 20 Teile Kochsalz zugefügt und die  Mischung auf 60   erwärmt. Bei dieser Tem  peratur lässt man im Laufe einiger Stunden  eine wässerige Lösung von 5 Teilen     Natrium-          hypochlorit    einlaufen und hält die Reaktions  masse darnach noch einige Zeit bei 60-65  .  Dann wird das chlorierte     Antbanthron        abfil-          triert    und säurefrei gewaschen.

The chlorinated antbanthrone is then filtered off and washed free of acid.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines orangen Küpenfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Anthanthron in wässeriger Suspension chloriert. Das so erhaltene chlorierte Anthanthron ist identisch mit dem Farbstoff des Schweizer Patentes Nr. 124528. UNTERANSPRUCH: Verfahren nach Patentansprucb, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Reaktion in Gegenwart eines Katalysators durchführt. PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of an orange vat dye, characterized in that anthanthrone is chlorinated in aqueous suspension. The chlorinated anthanthrone obtained in this way is identical to the dye of Swiss patent no. 124528. SUBSTANTIAL CLAIM: Process according to patent claim, characterized in that the reaction is carried out in the presence of a catalyst.
