      Verfahren    zur Gewinnung von     a-DiätLylamino-ss-ogy-r-stearylaminopropan.       Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Gewinnung von     a-Diäthyl-          amino-,Q-oxy-r-stearylaminopropan,    welches  dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man     a-Diä-          thylamino-ss-oxy-propylamin    mit Verbindun  gen, die das Radikal der     Stearinsäure    ent  halten, zur Umsetzung bringt.

   Das so     er-          halterre        a-Diäthylamino-p-oxy-r-stearylamino-          propan    ist in Form seiner Salze ein wert  volles technisches Hilfsmittel in der Kaut  schukindustrie und kann als Verdickungs  mittel für kosmetische Zwecke und pharma  zeutische Mittel verwandt werden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  14,1 g     Stearinsäureamid    und 7,3 g     a-Diä-          thylamino-p-oxypropylamin    werden im Ölbade  8 Stunden auf 200-230   erhitzt, wobei  Ammoniak entweicht. Das Reaktionsprodukt  bildet nach dem Erkalten eine talgähnliche  Masse, die in Wasser unlöslich, in organi  schen Lösungsmitteln löslich ist. Es bildet  mit Säuren wasserlösliche Salze.
