  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum     Hauptpatent    Nr. 152881.         Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       Farbstoff    erhält, welcher der Formel:

    entspricht, wenn man     diazotiertes        4-(1'-          Methyl)-phenoxyacetylamino    -2. 5-     dimethoxy-          1-aminobenzol    mit dem     o-Anisidid    der     2.3-          Oxynaphtlioesäure    kuppelt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein dunkel  violettes Pulver. Auf geeigneten Substraten,  wie zum Beispiel pflanzlichen Fasern, herge  stellt, färbt er diese in echten violetten Tönen.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  31,6 Teile     4-(1'-Methyl)-phenoxyacetyl-          amino-2.5-dimethoxy-l-aininobenzol    werden  wie üblich     diazotiert    und in eine Lösung von  29,3 Teilen des     o-Anisidids    der     2.3-Oxy-          naphthoesäure,    50 Teilen 30     o/oiger    Natron-    lauge, 30 Teilen Soda und 2000 Teilen  Wasser eingetragen. Der gebildete     Farbstoff     fällt sofort aus.

   Der     dunkelviolette    Nieder  schlag wird filtriert und getrocknet.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes, welcher der Formel EMI0001.0024 entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotiertes 4-(1'-Methyl)-phenoxyacetylamino- 2 . 5-diniethoxy-l-aminobenzol mit dem o-Ani- sidid der 2.3-Oxynaplitlioesäure kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein dunkel violettes Pulver. Auf geeigneten Substraten, wie zum Beispiel pflanzlichen Fasern, herge stellt, färbt er diese in echten violetten Tönen.
