Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines wasserunlöslichen Azofarbstoffes. Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines wasserunlös lichen Azofarbstoffes, das dadurch gekenn zeichnet ist, dass man die Diazoverbindung von a-Aminoanthracbinon mit Terephtaloyl- bis-essigsäure-p-anisidid kuppelt. Die Ein wirkung der beiden Komponenten aufeinander kann auch in Gegenwart eines Substrates erfolgen.
Der in Substanz hergestellte Farbstoff bildet ein oranges Pulver; die Färbungen besitzen einen gedeckten, orangen Farbton und sind sehr gut lichtecht.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 43,6 gr Terephtaloyl.bis-essigsäure-p-ani- sidid werden in<B>100</B> cm' doppelt normaler Natronlauge und Wasser heiss gelöst. Diese Lösung läuft zu einer wie folgt bereiteten Diazolösung: 44,6 gr a-Aminoanthrachinon werden mit 14,4 gr Natriumnitrit wie üblich diazotiert und mit Natriumacetat auf Kongo- neutralltä,t abgestumpft.
Die Farbstoffbildung ist nach mehrstün digem Nachrühren beendet. Man saugt ab, wäscht gut mit Wasser und trocknet.
Man erhält ein oranges Pulver. Die Dar stellung des Farbstoffes kann auch in Ge genwart eines Substrates erfolgen. Wird der Farbstoff auf der Faser erzeugt, so erhält man einen sehr lichtechten, gedeckten, orangen Farbton.

The dye produced in substance forms an orange powder; the colors have a muted, orange hue and are very lightfast.
<I> Example: </I> 43.6 g of terephtaloyl.bis-acetic acid-p-anisidide are dissolved in <B> 100 </B> cm 'double normal sodium hydroxide solution and hot water. This solution runs into a diazo solution prepared as follows: 44.6 grams of a-aminoanthraquinone are diazotized with 14.4 grams of sodium nitrite as usual and blunted to Congo neutrality with sodium acetate.
The dye formation is complete after several hours of stirring. It is suctioned off, washed well with water and dried.
An orange powder is obtained. The presentation of the dye can also take place in the presence of a substrate. If the dye is produced on the fiber, a very lightfast, muted, orange shade is obtained.
