Description
Verfahren zur Gewinnung einer hochkonzentrierten wässerigen Lösung eines Salzes der 3. 5-Dijod-4-pyridon-N-essigsäure. Das -Hauptpatent betrifft ein Verfahren zur Gewinnung einer hochkonzentrierten wässerigen Lösung eines Salzes der 3. 5- Dijod-4-pyridon-N-essigsäure, welches da durch gekennzeichnet ist, da.ss man die 3 . 5- Dijod-4-pyridon-N-@essigsäure in wässerigem Medium mit Diäthylamin behandelt.
Es wurde nun gefunden, .dass man zu einer hochkonzentrierten Lösung eines Salzes der 3.5-Dijod-4-pyridon-N-essigsäure auch gelangen kann, wenn man diese Säure in wässerigem Medium mit Bis-oxyäthylamin behandelt. Die Lösung soll als Röntgenkon trastmittel Verwendung finden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 40,5 gr 3. 5-Dijod-4-pyridon-N-essigsäure werden mit<B>10,5</B> -r Bis-oxyäthylamin und 90 cm' Wasser in der Wärme in Lösung ge bracht und die Lösung mit Wasser auf 145 cm' aufgefüllt. 100 cms dieser Lösung enthalten 28 gr 3. 5-Dijod-4-pyridon-N-essig- säure in Form des Bis-oxyäthylaminsalzes.
