Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines metallhaltigen illonoazofarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines metall haltigen Monoazofarbstoffes. Es ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Azofarbstoff aus dianotiertem 4-Chlor-2-aminophenol und 2,8-Diogynaphthaliu-6-sulfonsäure mit einem Mittel behandelt, das den Farbstoff in seine Chromkornplegverbindung überführt.
<I>Beispiel</I> 14,4 Gewichtsteile 4-Chlor-2-aminophenol werden dianotiert und in Uegenwart von Kalk mit 24 Gewichtsteilen 2,8-Dioxynaph- thalin-6-sulforisäui-e gekuppelt.
Der vom überschüssigen Kalk befreite und isolierte Farbstoff wird nun in 1400 Gewichtsteilen Wasser gelöst, schwach sauer gemacht und mit einer Lösung von Chromfluorid, entspre chend 7,7 Gewichtsteilen Crs03, 6 Stunden am Rückfluh gekocht, dann filtriert und aus dem Filtrat die Chromverbindung ausgesalzen. Der so erhaltene neue chromhaltige Farb stoff färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in blau grauen, licht- und walkechten Tönen gleich mässig an.
Process for the preparation of a metal-containing illonoazo dye. The present patent relates to a process for the preparation of a metal-containing monoazo dye. It is characterized in that the azo dye consisting of dianotized 4-chloro-2-aminophenol and 2,8-diogynaphthalene-6-sulfonic acid is treated with an agent which converts the dye into its chromium grain compound.
<I> Example </I> 14.4 parts by weight of 4-chloro-2-aminophenol are dianotized and coupled with 24 parts by weight of 2,8-dioxynaphthalene-6-sulforis acid in the presence of lime.
The dyestuff freed from excess lime and isolated is now dissolved in 1400 parts by weight of water, made slightly acidic and refluxed with a solution of chromium fluoride, corresponding to 7.7 parts by weight of Crs03, for 6 hours, then filtered and the chromium compound is salted out from the filtrate. The new chromium-containing dye obtained in this way evenly dyes wool from an acid bath in blue-gray, lightfast and mill-fast shades.
