Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Chromierungsfarbstoffes der Anthraehinonogazolieihe. Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Chromie- rungsfa,rbstoffes der Anthrachinonoxazol- reihe, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass man auf das durch Kondensation von 1-Oxy-2. 4-di- amino-anthrachinon mit m-1Tethoxybenzoyl- ehlorid und anschliessende Verseifung der Acylaminogruppe erhältliche Amino-anthra- chinonoxazol Schwefeltrioxyd enthaltende Schwefelsäure einwirken lässt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Das analog dem Verfahren des Schweizer Patentes Nr. 184017 erhältliche Anthrachi- nonoxazol aus 1-Oxy-92 . 4-diaminoa.nthrachi- non und m-Methoxy-benzoylchlorid wird mit Schwefelsäure verseift und liefert ein Amin, das nach dem Umkristallisieren aus Dichlor- benzol den Schmelzpunkt von 325 aufweist. Dieses Amin wird 1i/2 Stunde in der 15- fachen Menge 20%igem Oleum auf 95 bis 100 C erhitzt.
Man gibt dann auf wenig Ei;s, saugt den Niederschlag a .b, löst wieder in heissem Wasser und fällt die Sulfosäure des Farbstoffes als Kaliumsalz aus. -Man er hält so einen Chromierfarbstoff, der auf Wolle blaugraue Farbtöne von guten fär- berischen Eigenschaften und sehr guter Lichtechtheit färbt.
