Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Diazoaminoverbindnng. Es wurde gefunden, dass man durch Kupp lung von Cyanamidcarbonsäure beziehungs weise ihren Salzen mit substituierten aroma tischen Diazoniumverbindungen, zweckmässig. in alkalischem Medium, Produkte enthält, die wertvolle Komponenten für die Herstellung von Farbstoffen darstellen.
Als substituierte aromatische Diazoverbindungen kommen ins besondere in Betracht: durch Halogen-, Nitro-, Alkyl- und Alkoxygruppen substituierte Kör per, insbesondere der Benzolreihe, Aminoazo- verbindungen, Amine der Carbazole oder An- thrachinone usw., das heisst also insbesondere Basen, wie sie zur Herstellung von Körpern der Eisfarbenreihe üblich sind.
Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer neuen Diazoaminoverbindung, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass man dianotiertes 4-Chlor-2-toluidin mit dem Natriumsalz der Cyanamidcarbon- säure kondensiert.
Das so erhältliche Umsetzungsprodukt stellt schwachgefärbte, in Wasser leicht lös liche Kristalle dar und ist ein wertvolles Produkt zur Herstellung von Azofarbstoffen. i Beispiel: 14,1 Gewichtsteile 4-Chlor-2-toluidin wer den in der üblichen Weise dianotiert und in eine Lösung von 18 Gewichtsteilen Cyanamid- carbonsäurenatrium in<B>150</B> Gewichtsteilen 10 /oiger Natriumcarbonatlösung eingegeben. Die gebildete Diazoaminoverbindung wird aus gesalzen und umgelöst. Nach dem Trocknen erhält man sie in Form schwach gefärbter Kristalle.

The subject of the present patent is a process for the preparation of a new diazoamino compound, characterized in that dianotated 4-chloro-2-toluidine is condensed with the sodium salt of cyanamide carboxylic acid.
The reaction product obtainable in this way is pale colored, easily soluble in water crystals and is a valuable product for the production of azo dyes. i Example: 14.1 parts by weight of 4-chloro-2-toluidine are dianotized in the usual way and added to a solution of 18 parts by weight of cyanamide-carboxylic acid sodium in 150 parts by weight of 10% sodium carbonate solution. The diazoamino compound formed is salted and redissolved. After drying, they are obtained in the form of slightly colored crystals.
