Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 196345. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen Azo- farbstoff erhält, wenn man die Diazoverbin- duug des 1-Amino-4-cyan-2-phenylmethyl- sulfons mit py.3-Oxyteti@ahydro-7-oxyriaphtho- chinolin in saurem Medium vereinigt.
Der er haltene Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver, das sich in organischen Lösungsmitteln wie Aceton, Essigsäureäthylester mit grünblauer Farbe löst und das Acetatseide aus feiner Suspension in weiss ätzbaren grünblauen Tönen färbt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 19,6 Teile 1-Amino-4-cyan-2-pheriylrnethyl- sulfon werden in der nötigen Menge ver dünnter Salzsäure unter Zusatz von 7 Ge wichtsteilen Natriumnitrit und Eis diazotiert und die erhaltene Diazolösung mit einer Lö sung von 21,5 Teilen py-3-Oxytetrahydro-7- oxynaphthochinolin in verdünnter Salzsäure vereinigt. Darauf neutralisiert man langsam die Mineralsäure durch Zutropfen der erfor derlichen Menge Natriumacetatlösung. Man filtriert und wäscht neutral.
Additional patent to main patent no. 196345. Process for the production of an azo dye. It has been found that an azo dye is obtained when the diazo compound of 1-amino-4-cyano-2-phenylmethylsulfone is combined with py.3-Oxyteti@ahydro-7-oxyriaphthoquinoline in an acidic medium .
The dye he holds forms a dark powder that dissolves in organic solvents such as acetone and ethyl acetate with a green-blue color and dyes the acetate silk from a fine suspension in white-etchable green-blue tones.
<I> Example: </I> 19.6 parts of 1-amino-4-cyano-2-pheriylrnethyl- sulfone are diazotized in the necessary amount of dilute hydrochloric acid with the addition of 7 parts by weight of sodium nitrite and ice and the resulting diazo solution with a Lö solution of 21.5 parts of py-3-oxytetrahydro-7-oxynaphthoquinoline combined in dilute hydrochloric acid. The mineral acid is then slowly neutralized by adding the necessary amount of sodium acetate solution dropwise. It is filtered and washed neutral.
