Description
<B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 312189 Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen Polyazofarbstoffes der Stilbenreihe Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupfer haltigen Polyazofarbstoffes der Stilbenreihe, welches darin besteht, dass man 1 Mol 4-Amino- 4' - (4" - oxy- 3"carboxyphenyl-1"-azo) -1,1'-stil- ben-2,
2'-disulfonsäure diazotiert und den Di- azokörper mit 1 Mol der Kupferkomplexver- bindung von 2,2',4'-Trioxy-1,1'-azobenzol-5- sulfonsäure vereinigt.
Der neue, kupferhaltige Polyazofarbstoff der Stilbenreihe ist ein braunschwarzes Pul ver, das sich in Wasser mit rotbrauner Farbe löst und Chromvelourleder in lebhaften, rot stichig braunen Tönen färbt.
Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die Teile Gewichtsteile, und die Prozente sind in Gewichtsprozenten angegeben.
Beispiel. 51,9 Teile 4-Amino-4'-(4"-oxy-3"-earboxy- phenyl -1" - azo) -1,1'-stilben - 2,2'-disulfonsäure werden in 1000 Teilen Wasser neutral gelöst und auf 10-15 abgekühlt. Der Lösung setzt man unter Rühren eine Lösung von 7 Teilen Natriumnitrit in 25 Teilen Wasser und 30 Teilen 30o/oiger Salzsäure zu.
Nach beendig- ter Diazotierung lässt man die so erhaltene Diazosuspension zu einer eisgekühlten Lösung aus 37,2 Teilen der Kupferkomplexverbin- dung von 2,2',4'-Trioxy-1,1'-azobenzol-5-sul- fonsäure, 40 Teilen Natriumcarbonat und 400 Teilen Wasser fliessen. Der entstandene kup ferhaltige Polyazofarbstoff wird mittels Koch salz aus der Lösung ausgefällt, abfiltriert und getrocknet.
Er stellt ein braunschwarzes Pulver dar, welches sich in Wasser mit rot brauner Farbe löst und Chromvelourleder in lebhaften, rotstichig braunen Tönen färbt.
<B> Additional patent </B> to main patent No. 312189 Process for the production of a copper-containing polyazo dye of the stilbene series The subject of the present patent is a process for the production of a copper-containing polyazo dye of the stilbene series, which consists in adding 1 mol of 4-amino-4 '- (4 "- oxy- 3" carboxyphenyl-1 "-azo) -1,1'-stilbene-2,
2'-disulfonic acid is diazotized and the diazo body is combined with 1 mol of the copper complex compound of 2,2 ', 4'-trioxy-1,1'-azobenzene-5-sulfonic acid.
The new, copper-containing polyazo dye from the stilbene range is a brown-black powder that dissolves in water with a red-brown color and dyes chrome suede in lively, red-brown tones.
In the example below, parts are parts by weight and percentages are percentages by weight.
Example. 51.9 parts of 4-amino-4 '- (4 "-oxy-3" -earboxy-phenyl -1 "- azo) -1,1'-stilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid are dissolved in 1000 parts of water until neutral and cooled to 10-15. A solution of 7 parts of sodium nitrite in 25 parts of water and 30 parts of 30% hydrochloric acid is added to the solution with stirring.
When the diazotization is complete, the diazo suspension thus obtained is added to an ice-cold solution of 37.2 parts of the copper complex compound of 2,2 ', 4'-trioxy-1,1'-azobenzene-5-sulphonic acid, 40 parts Sodium carbonate and 400 parts of water flow. The resulting copper-containing polyazo dye is precipitated from the solution using sodium chloride, filtered off and dried.
It is a brown-black powder which dissolves in water with a red-brown color and dyes chrome suede in lively, reddish brown tones.
