Description


  Procédé de fabrication d'un enduit pour pièces moulées en béton  et enduit obtenu par ce procédé.    La présente invention se rapporte<B>à</B> un  procédé de fabrication d'un enduit pour pièces  moulées en béton, caractérisé par le fait  qu'on malaxe<B>du</B> ciment Portland blanc et  <B>du</B> gravillon avec de l'eau colorée.  



  Cette invention comprend également un  enduit obtenu par le procédé     ci-aessus,    ca  ractérisé en ce qu'il résulte du mélange de  45 parties de ciment Portland blanc, 46 parties  de gravillon calibré et<B>9</B> parties d'eau colorée,  ces quantités étant indiquées en poids.  



  Cet enduit peut être préparé et utilisé  comme suit.  



  On prend 45<B>kg</B> de ciment Portland 'blanc,  46<B>kg</B> de gravillon qui est soigneusement  lavé et calibré et on malaxe le tout avec  <B>9 kg</B> d'eau colorée selon la couleur désirée.  L'enduit ainsi obtenu est appliqué sur une  pièce en béton, préalablement moulée, l'épais  seur de la couche de cet enduit pouvant  varier entre     O#5    et 2 cm; lorsque l'enduit  a fait partiellement prise, il est,<B>à</B> l'aide d'un  pinceau, soigneusement lavé avec de l'eau,    puis quand la prise est terminée et la pièce  bien sèche, ledit enduit est recouvert d'une  couche de copal incolore.  



  On peut avantageusement utiliser l'enduit  objet de l'invention, lorsqu'il est judicieuse  ment coloré, pour décorer des objets en béton  moulé tels que des     cache-pots,    des caissettes  pour des fleurs, des encadrements,     etc.

Claims (1)

  1. REVENDICATION I: Procédé de fabrication d'un enduit pour pièces moulées en béton, caractérisé par le fait qu'on malaxe du ciment Portland blanc et du gravillon avec de l'eau colorée. REVENDICATION II: Enduit préparé par le procédé selon la revendication I, caractérisé en ce qu*il résulte du mélange de 45 parties de ciment Portland blanc, 46 parties de gravillon calibré et<B>9</B> parties d'eau colorée, ces quantités étant indiquées en poids.
