Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Azofarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man diazotierte 2'-Methyl-2- aminodiphenyläther-4-sulfonsäurs mit 1- (3',4'- Dichlorphenyl)
- 3 - methyl - 5 - pyrazolon kuppelt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff besitzt sehr gutes neutrales Ziehvermögen und färbt Wolle und Seide in reinen gelben Tönen von sehr guter alkalischer und saurer Walkecht- heit, sehr guter Lichtechtheit und besonders guter Seewasserechtheit. Beispiel:
27,9 Teile 2'-Methyl-2-aminodiplhenyl- äther-4-sulfonsäuxe werden in 300 Teilen Wasser mit der nötigen Menge Soda gelöst, mit 7 Teilen Nitrit versetzt und die Lösung hei 0 in 30 Teile conc. Salzsäure einlaufen gelassen.
Dia Suspension der Diazoverbin- dung gibt man allmählich zu einer eiskalten, mit 30 Teilen Soda versetzten Lösung von 21,5 Teilen 1-(3',4'-Diohlorphenyl)-3-methyl- 5-pyrazolon. Die Kupplung ist schnell been det, man wärmt auf und salzt den Farbstoff aus. Nach üblicher Aufarbeitung stellt er ein gelbes Pulver dar, welches in Wasser und tone. H'S04 mit gelber Farbe löslich ist.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Azofarbstoffesdadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotierte 2'-MetIlyl-2-aminodiphenyl- ä@ther-4-,sulfonsäiure mit 1-('3',4'-Dichlor- phenyl)-3-methyl-.5-pyrazolon. kuppelt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff besitzt sehr gutes neu trales Ziehvermögen und färbt Wolle und Seide in reinen gelben Tönen von .sehr guter alkalischer und saurer Walkechtheit,sehr guter Lichtechtheit und besonders guter See- wasserechtheit.
