Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazofarbstofes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpa tentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines DLonoazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2-Amino-l-phetroldodecyläther dia- zotiert und mit 1-(4'-Sulfo-2',5'-dichlorphenyl)- 3-metbylpyrazolon kuppelt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt Wolle und Seide aus saurem und neutralem Bade in echten, gelben Tönen.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 31,4 Teile 2-Amino-l-phenoldodecyläther- chlorhydrat werden mit 40 Teilen konzen trierter Salzsäure während einer Stunde ver rührt, mit 50 Teilen Eiswasser versetzt und bei 5 mit einer konzentrierten wässrigen Lösung von 7 Teilen Natriumnitrit diazotiert. Die Diazoniumverbindung lässt man zu einer ammoniakalischen Lösung von 32,3 Teilen 1 (4'-Sulfo-2',5'-dichlorphenyl)-3-methylpyrazo- lon fliessen. Die Kupplung ist in kurzer Zeit beendet.
Der Farbstoff wird abfiltriert, gepresst und getrocknet. Er bildet ein gelbes Pulver, das sich in Wasser gelb, in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure orange löst.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mono- azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2-Amino-l-phenoldodecyläther diazotiert und mit 1-(4'-Sulfo-2',5'-dichlorphenyl)-3-me- thylpyrazolon kuppelt. Der so erhaltene Farb stoff färbt Wolle und Seide aus saurem und neutralem Bade in echten, gelben Tönen.
