Description
Verfahren zur Hersteltung eines Honoazofarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpa tentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Motioazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 4-Amino-l-pherioldodecyläther diazo- tiert und mit 1-Oxyiiaphthalin-3,6-disulfoii- säure kuppelt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt Wolle und Seide ans saurem und neu- tralein Bade in echten, roten Tönen.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 31,4 Teile 4-Amino-l-phenoldodecyläther- chlorhydrat werden mit 40 Teilen konzen trierter Salzsäure während einer Stunde ver rührt, mit<B>50</B> Teilen Eiswasser versetzt und bei<B>5 0</B> mit einer konzentrierten wässrigen Lösung von<B>7</B> Teilen Natriumnitrit diazotiert. Die Diazoniumlösung lässt man zu einer Lö sung von 30,4 Teilen 1-Oxynaphthaliii-3,
6- disulfonsäure und<B>30</B> Teilen konzentriertem Ammoniak in Wasser fhessen. Die Kupplung ist in kurzer Zeit beendet. Der Farbstoff wird abfiltriert, gepresst und getrocknet. Er bildet ein dunkles Pulver, das sich in Wasser gelbrot, in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure violett löst.
Claims (1)
- <B>PATENTANSPRUCH:</B> Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 4-Amino-l-phenoldodee.yläther diazotiert und mit 1-Oxynaphtbalin-3,6-disulfonsäure kup pelt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt Wolle und Seide aus saurem und neutralem Bade in echten, roten Tönen.
