Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazofarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz- patents ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazofarbstoffes,dadurch .gekenn- zeichnet, dass man 2-Amino-l-phenolhexa- decyläther diazotiert und mit 1-(4'-Methyl- phenylsulfonylamino) - 8 - oxynaphthalin - 3,
6 - disulfo@nsäure kuppelt. Der so erhaltene Farb stoff färbt Wolle und Seide aus saurem und neutralem Bade in echten, leuchtend blau ioten Tönen.
Beispiel: 33,3 Teile 2-Amino-l-phenolhegadecyl- äther werden mit 40 Teilen konz. Salzsäure während einer Stunde verrührt, mit 50 Tei len Eiswasser versetzt und bei 5 mit einer konzentrierten wäss.rigen Lösung von 7 Teilen Natriumnitrit @diazotiert. Die Diazonium- verbindung lässt man zu einer Lösung von 47,8 Teilen;
1-(4'-Methylphenylsulfonyl- amino) - 8, - ogynaphthalin - 3,6 - disulfonsäui@e und 30 Teilen konz. Ammoniak in Wasser fliessen. Die Kupplung ist in kurzer Zeit be endet. Der Farbstoff wird abfiltriert, gepresst und getrocknet. Fr bildet. ein rotes Pulver, .das ,sich in Wasser blaurot, in konz. Schwefel säure stumpf violett löst.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mono- azofarbstoffes dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2-Amino-l-phenolhegadecyläthier diazo- tiert und mit 1-(4'-Methylphenylsulfonyl- amino) - 8 - oxynaphthalin - 3,6 - disulfonsäure kuppelt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt Wolle und Seide aus saurem und neutralem Bade in echten, leuchtend blauroten Tönen.
