Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 200068. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Woll- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 4-Chlor-3-nitrobenzyliden-cyariatetamid mit 4-Aminodiphenylamin-2-sulfonsäure konden siert.
Der so erhaltene neue Farbstoff färbt Wolle in braunen Tönen von hervorragender Egalität und sehr guter Lichtechtbeit.
Beispiel: 26,4 Teile 4-Aminodiphenylamin-2-sulfon- säure, 25 Teile 4-Chlor-3-nitrobenzyliden-cyan- acetamid (aus Methanol farblose Nadeln vom Schmelzpunkt 163 C) und 14 Teile Kalium karbonat werden mit etwa 300 Teilen Alko hol etwa 8 Stunden unter Rückflusskühlung zum Sieden erhitzt. Nach dem Erkalten wird der ausgefallene braune Farbstoff abgesaugt und zweckmässig durch nochmaliges Lösen in Wasser und nachfolgendes Aussalzen ge reinigt.

Example: 26.4 parts of 4-aminodiphenylamine-2-sulfonic acid, 25 parts of 4-chloro-3-nitrobenzylidene-cyanoacetamide (from methanol colorless needles with a melting point of 163 ° C.) and 14 parts of potassium carbonate are combined with about 300 parts of alcohol get heated to boiling under reflux for about 8 hours.
