Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines gemischten     IIarnstoffes    mit     löslichmachender    Gruppe.    Gegenstand der vorliegenden     Erfindung     ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines ge  mischten Harnstoffes mit     löslichmachender     Gruppe. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass man     4,4'-Dichlor-2'-sulfodi-          phenyläther-2-0-phenyl-urethan    in Gegen  wart von Wasser mit     3,4-Dichloranilin    um  setzt.  



  Der erhaltene gemischte Harnstoff ist  neu. Er fällt in Form farbloser     Kristalle    an,  die in Wasser löslich sind,     und    als Zwischen  produkt zur     Herstellung    von Farbstoffen  Verwendung finden sollen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Zu einer     wässrigen    Emulsion von     '/1o        Mol     des     4,4'-Dichlor-2'-sulfodiphenyläther-2-0-          phenyl-uretlhans    gibt man<B>16,2</B> g     3,4-Dichlor-          anilin    und erwärmt     einige    Stunden     im     siedenden Wasserbad.

   Dann     destilliert    man  das nicht umgesetzte     3,4-Dichloranilin    mit  Wasserdampf ab, sättigt den Kolbeninhalt    mit Kochsalz, entfernt die     wässrige    Lauge  von dem ausgefallenen<B>01,</B> nimmt dieses in  wenig     warmem    Wasser     auf,    wobei der ge  mischte Harnstoff allmählich kristallisiert.  Man saugt ab und trocknet. Man erhält farb  lose     Kristalle    in sehr     guter        Ausbeute.          Ebenso    kann man von dem kristallisierten       Phenylurethan    ausgehen.

  <I> Example: </I> <B> 16.2 </B> are added to an aqueous emulsion of 1/10 mol of 4,4'-dichloro-2'-sulfodiphenyl ether-2-0-phenyl-urethane g of 3,4-dichloro aniline and heated for a few hours in a boiling water bath.

   The unreacted 3,4-dichloroaniline is then distilled off with steam, the contents of the flask are saturated with sodium chloride, the aqueous alkali is removed from the precipitated 01, and this is taken up in a little warm water, with the mixed urea gradually crystallized. You vacuum and dry. Colorless crystals are obtained in a very good yield. You can also start from the crystallized phenyl urethane.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines ge mischten Harnstoffes mit löslichmachender Gruppe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, :dass man das 4,4'- Dichlor-2'- sulfodiphenyläther - 2--0- phenyl:-urethan in Gegenwart von Wasser mit 3,4-Dichloranilin umsetzt. Der erhaltene gemischte Harnstoff fällt in Form farbloser Kristalle an, die in Wasser löslich sind.
