Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen N-Polyoxy-alkylaminderivats@ Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem neuen N-Polyogy-alkylaminderivat gelangt, wenn man das aus technischem p-Amino- stearinsäureanilid durch Kondensation mit Glucose und anschliessende Wasserstoffanla gerung erhaltene technische N-d-Sorbityl-N- (p - stearoylamino - phenyl)
- amin mit etwa 7 Mol Äthylenogyd umsetzt.
Die Umsetzung mit dem Äthylenoxyd wird zweckmässig bei erhöhter Temperatur, z. B. bei 70-120 , vorgenommen, vorteilhaft unter Zusatz eines Katalysators, wie Na triumhydrogyd oder Natriumacetat.
Das Verfahrenserzeugnis bildet eine zähe Masse, die mit heissem Wasser eine schwach opaleszierende Lösung liefert. Es kann z. B. als Egalisiermittel beim Färben mit Metall komplegverbindungen von Azofarbstoffen verwendet werden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 10,8 Teile des aus technischem p-Amino- stearinsäureanilid durch Kondensation mit Glucose und anschliessende Wasserstoffanla gerung erhaltenen technischen N-d-Sorbityl- N-(p-stearoylamino-phenyl)-amins, 6,2 Teile Äthylenogyd, 0,4 Teile fein. gemahlenes wasserfreies Natriumacetat und 0,1 Teile Hydrochinon werden innert 4 Stunden auf 75-85 erhitzt, worauf man die Umsetzung durch weiteres Erhitzen während 6 Stunden auf 75-80 zu Ende führt.
Das so erhaltene Erzeugnis bildet eine zähe Masse, die mit Wasser eine schwach opaleszierende Lösung liefert.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen N-Polyogy-alkylaminderivats, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man das aus technischem p-Amino-stearinsäureanilid durch Könden- sation mit Glucose und anschliessende Wasser stoffanlagerung erhaltene technische N-d- Sorbityl - N- (p - stearoylamino - phenyl) - amin mit etwa 7 Mol Äthylenogyd umsetzt.Das Verfahrenserzeugnis bildet eine zähe Masse, die mit heissem Wasser eine schwach opaleszierende Lösung liefert. Es kann z. B. als Egalisiermittel beim Färben mit Metall- komplegverbindungen von Azofarbstoffen verwendet werden. UNTERANSPRÜCHE: 1. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Um setzung bei 70-120 vornimmt. 2. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Um setzung in Gegenwart eines Katalysators ausführt. 3.Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Um setzung in Gegenwart von Natriumacetat ausführt.
