Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metaRisierbaren Azofarbstoffes. Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallisier- baren Azofarbstoffes. Das, Verfahren ist da durch gekennzeichnet, dass <B>'</B> man diazotierte 1-(3'-Amino-benzoyl)-4-oxy-benzol-ä-earbon- säure mit 1-(3-#Sulfamido-phenyl)-3,meh-byl- 5-pyrazolon vereinigt.
Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein lehmgelbes Pulver dar und färbt Wolle nach dem Einbadchromierverfahren in grünstichig gelben, lichtechten Tönen von <B>t></B> sehr guter Gleichmässigkeit. <I>Beispiel:
</I> Eine Lösung von<B>25,7</B> Teilen 1-(3#-Amino- benzoyl)-4-oxy-benzol-5-earbonsiure (erhal ten aus dem 1-[3'-Nitro-benzoyl]-4-oxy-ben- zol-ä-earbonsäuremet,hylest,er nach Limprich, <B>A.
290, 170 [1896]</B> durch alkalische Versei- fun#g der Estergruppe und Reduktion der Ni- trogruppe, mit Natriumsulfid. oder auch Ei- .sen)
in 25 Teilen konzentrierter Salzsäure und 400 Teilen Wasser wird bei<B>5</B> bis<B>8'</B> mit<B>7</B> Teilen Natriunmitrit in Form einer Migen Lösung diazotiert. Die mit Na- triumbicarbonat auf schwach kongosaure Re- aktion abgestumpfte Diazoverbindung lässt man bei<B>0</B> bis<B>3'</B> in eine Lösung von<B>26,6</B> Tei len, 1-(3'-Sulfamido-Phenyl)-3-metliyl-5-pyr- azolon und 22 Teilen Wasser unter Rühren einfliessen und isoliert den ausgefallenen Farbstoff nach einigen Stunden durch Fil trieren.
Danach wird der Farbstoff in Was ser angeschlämmt, mit Salzsäure auf kongo blaue Reaktion ausgesäuert, filtriert, mit ,Wasser ausgewaschen, mit der für die Neu tralisation der Carboxylgruppe berechneten Menge Ainrnoniak verrührt und zur Trockne verdampft.

- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metalli- sierbaren Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gehenn- zeichnet, dass man diazotierte 1-(3'-Amino- benzoyl)-4-oxy-benzol-5-carbonsäure mit<B>1-</B> <B>(3'-</B> Sulfamido-phenyl)-3-metllyl-5-pyrazolon vereinigt.Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein lehm gelbes Pulver dar und färbt Wolle nach dem Einbadühromierverfahren in grünstielli,- goel- ben, lichtechten Tönen von sehr guter Gleich- Mässigkeit,
