Description
Elément destiné à remplacer les pierres utilisées dans les montres <B>et autres appareils de précision.</B> La présente invention a pour objet un élé ment destiné à remplacer les pierres utilisées dans les montres et autres appareils de préci sion, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un corps métallique recouvert, sur sa partie su bissant des frottements, d'un revêtement dur de 0,02 à 0,04 mm d'épaisseur.
Ce revêtement pourra être formé d'une couche de chrome, d'émail, de porcelaine ou encore d'une autre matière dure.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, deux formes d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.
La fila. 1 représente en coupe un élément remplaçant la pierre percée de balancier d'un mouvement d'horlogerie, et la fila. 2 montre en coupe un élément te nant lieu de contrepivot de balancier d'un mouvement d'horlogerie.
Le corps 1 de l'élément de la fila. 1 est en acier. Il pourrait être en laiton ou en nickel ou encore en un autre métal. Il joue le rôle d'une pierre percée et présente à cet effet un trou olivé 2 pour le passage de l'extrémité du pivot. de balancier (non représenté).
Le trou olivé est recouvert en 3, partie subissant le frottement du pivot, d'une couche de chrome de 0,02 à 0,03 mm d'épaisseur, ou d'une couche d'émail ou de porcelaine, ou en core d'une autre matière dure. Ce revêtement est très dur et empêche une usure trop rapide de l'élément 1.
On voit, à la fila. 2, un élément tenant lieu de contrepivot pour balancier. Son corps 4 est également métallique, par exemple en acier, laiton ou nickel. La surface plate 5 du corps 4 est recouverte d'une couche de chrome de 0,03 à 0,04 mm d'épaisseur. Ici encore le chrome peut être remplacé par de l'émail ou de la porcelaine. < L'élément suivant l'invention, tout en pré sentant d'excellentes qualités de dureté, re vient beaucoup moins cher que les pierres uti lisées ordinairement.
