Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung einer     Diammoniumverbindung.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer     Diammo-          niumverbindung.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch  gekennzeichnet, dass man     auf    1     Mol        1,12-Bis-          (3'-        dimethylamino    -     propylmercapto)    -     dodekan          '?        11o1        Methyljodid    einwirken lässt.  



  Die erhaltene neue     Verbindung,    das     1,12-          Bis    -     [3'-        (trimethyl    -     ammonium)    -     propylmer-          eapto]-dodekaii-dijodid,    schmilzt bei 155 . Sie  soll therapeutische Verwendung finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  2,08 Teile     1,12-Bis-(3'-diinetliylamino-pro-          pylmercapto)-dodekan    in 40     Volumteilen        trok-          keneni    Aceton werden unter Eiskühlung trop  fenweise mit 2,6     Volumteilen        Methyljodid    ver  setzt.     Unter    Selbsterwärmung fällt. das Pro-         dukt    aus und kristallisiert rasch. Man bringt  durch Erwärmen und Zugabe von     abs.    Metha  nol wieder in Lösung und lässt bei Zimmer  temperatur kristallisieren. Das Produkt wird  abgesaugt, mit trockenem Aceton gut gewa  schen und bei 50 bis 60  im Vakuum getrock  net.

   Es zeigt einen Schmelzpunkt von 155 .

Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, das 1,12- Bis -<B>[X-</B> (trimethyl - ammonium) - propylmer- eapto]-dodekan-dijodid, schmilzt bei 1.55 .
