Description

Method and device for the production of pipes from hardening substances The invention relates to a process and a device for the production of pipes from hardening substances, the min least cement. and) contain vasser. As is known per se, the pulpy amount of material required for the produc- tion of a pipe is fed to a core roller with a conveyor belt fully supported by guide and tensioning rollers. In the known manufacture of fiber cement pipes, the mixture of substances is wound onto the core roll in only a small thickness in many layers.

This is. but not. suitable for the production of concrete pipes.

It has also been suggested that the pulpy amount of substance, e.g. B. concrete, in a layer thickness that corresponds approximately to the wall thickness of the finished pipe. To apply in a single turn on the core roller and the so disfigured pipe to be wrapped in a fabric balin. This method requires a second operation using a second machine. to give the primary product the required density.

The invention relates to a method which is suitable both for the production of pipes from fiber cement mixes and for the production of concrete pipes in an equally favorable manner and only requires a single device to produce the pipes.

The method according to the invention is characterized in that the pulpy amount of material required for the manufacture of a pipe is fed to a core roller in the form of a flat strand corresponding to the length of the pipe with a conveyor belt guided by tensioning and guide rollers. and during at least one revolution of the core roller is applied to this, that the amount of substance after application to the core roller during several further rotations by gradually adjusting a pressure roller in the direction of the core roller, compacted.

and is brought to the wall thickness of the finished pipe and that during the application and the compression, the core roller is kept under negative pressure for the purpose of sucking the pipe.

The device for exercising the process is characterized by an endless, porous conveyor belt, a core roller, an associated pressure roller arranged below it and a tension roller angeord designated above the core roller, this tension roller axially movable out of its tension position to another height position is, in a plane that is below the plane of the incoming conveyor belt in the area of the pressure roller part.

The drawing shows an example embodiment of the device according to the invention, on the basis of which an example method is explained.

Fig. 1 shows schematically the device for producing the pipe in side view. FIG. 2 is a schematic plan view of the device according to FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 shows a detail on a larger scale.

The revolving endless, porous conveyor belt 1 is kept rotating by the drive roller 2. The main tension roller 1 'for the conveyor belt is denoted by 3. The conveyor belt, together with the amount of substance 4 placed on it, runs into the gap between the firmly mounted core roller 5 and the pressure roller 6 located below it. Over the core roller 5 a tension roller 7 is provided, which ensures the required looping of the core roller 5 by the conveyor belt 1 in the working position shown.

The pressure roller 6 is gradually employed as the core rotates for the purpose of compressing the tube; this is done by the pressure cylinder 8, the force of which is adjustable and is transmitted to the pressure roller 6 via the double lever 9. While the compaction is brought about by the employment, the core roll 5, whose jacket is air and water-permeable, z. B. is perforated, held iuzter negative pressure. After the pipe has been manufactured, the core roll will be added to the line. to expand the pipe to be able to move the tension roller 7 out of its position.

In the illustrated embodiment, the tension roller 7 is mounted on both sides on a He belarm of the angle lever 10; at the end of the other lever arm another tension roller 11 is mounted. When the tensioning roller 7 has reached the dot-dashed position 7 'by pivoting the angle lever, the auxiliary tensioning roller 11 comes into the likewise dot-dashed position 11' to maintain the tension of the conveyor belt.

The pivoting of the tension rollers 7, 11 about the common pivot axis 12 is taken before as soon as the tube is completed and is to be removed together with the core roller 5 from the device, which is to be shut down for this purpose. By pivoting the tension rollers 7, 11 in the striehpiinktierte position T, 11 'occurs a shortening of the upper trunk of the conveyor belt and a corresponding lengthening of the lower tram.

A slight rotation of the drive roller is necessary for this if the belt is not to slide on the drive roller. For this purpose does the drive roller eat? decoupled from their drive. The drive is shown in Fig. 2 dargestell th example of the motor 13, the continuously variable transmission 1.1 and the drive wheel 15 gebil det. Sitting on the shaft of the drive roller '. the clutch 16, which can be used as an overrunning clutch or as a clutch that can be engaged or disengaged, e.g. B. is designed as a liagnetkupplung-.

From Fig. 3 can be seen. the core roller 5 with the rolled-on tube 17 can be seen. furthermore, that the core roller 5 has limiting rings 18, 19 at the ends. These rings 18, 19 are expediently exchangeable, and their distance from one another corresponds to the pipe length. The. Fleas of the limitation rings is, in two ways, the same as the thickness of the finished pipe.

With these limiting rings, it is possible, please include the end faces of the pipe to Profilie Ren, they z. B. to be provided with N7iit and spring, with which the connection is made later when laying the pipes. becomes. Accordingly, the limiting rings are given the desired profiling on their surfaces facing the pipe end faces.

The core roller is before applying the amount of substance with a. thin, water-permeable tissue. This fabric is used to prevent the penetration of particles of material into the porous core roll zii when the core roll is evacuated. After pulling the core out of your pipe, the thin fabric on the inner pipe band remains light. adhere and can be easily removed and reused. Instead of. provided with the perforation, the core roller can also be made of porous, ceramic mass or of fritted glass, as is customary for filter masses, or of other suitable sintered mass.

The method described and the device described can be used not only for the production of single-layer pipes, but also suitable in the same way for the production of pipes made of two or more layers. consist. The individual layers can consist of different mixtures of substances or of mixtures of substances with different legs, young or independent.

The individual layers are earthed one after the other, starting with the inner sight, placed on the core roller and then thickened.
