Description
Montre et procédé pour sa fabrication La présente invention se rapporte à une montre, dont la lunette porte un cadran annu laire rapporté sur elle, et à un procédé pour la fabrication de cette montre.
La montre est caractérisée par le fait que ce cadran, en matière transparente, présente, sur sa face inférieure, des signes creux dont le fond est recouvert d'une pellicule métallique.
Le procédé est caractérisé par le fait que la pellicule métallique susmentionnée est dépo sée sur le fond des signes à l'état de vapeur produite dans le vide.
Le dessin ci-annexé représente à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de la montre selon la présente invention.
La fig. 1 en est une coupe axiale partielle ; La fig. 2 montre un détail en plan.
Dans ces figures, 1 est la carrure de la montre, 2 son fond et 3 la glace serrée entre une saillie lu de la carrure et une bague de serrage 4.
La lunette rotative montée sur la carrure et maintenue en place par le ressort ondulé 6, est formée d'un corps 5 et d'un cadran trans parent 7 rapporté sur lui et portant une gradua tion. Celle-ci est obtenue en produisant sur la face inférieure du cadran des signes creux 8 dont le fond 9 est recouvert d'une pellicule métallique 10.
De préférence, cette pellicule métallique sera déposée sur le fond du signe, à l'état de vapeur produite dans le vide. On pourra, par ce procédé, déposer la pellicule métallique seu lement sur le fond 9 des signes ou sur toute la surface inférieure 11 du cadran pour l'enlever après sur la partie de cette surface qui entoure les signes, après quoi, on pourra éventuelle ment, après avoir recouvert le signe d'un écran protecteur, déposer, par le même procédé, une pellicule métallique d'une autre couleur sur la surface inférieure 11 du cadran entourant les signes ; cette dernière surface 11 pourrait aussi être recouverte d'une substance non métallique, un vernis par exemple.

In these figures, 1 is the caseband of the watch, 2 its caseback and 3 the crystal clamped between a projection read from the caseband and a clamping ring 4.
The rotating bezel mounted on the middle part and held in place by the wavy spring 6, is formed by a body 5 and a transparent dial 7 attached to it and bearing a scale. This is obtained by producing hollow signs 8 on the underside of the dial, the bottom 9 of which is covered with a metal film 10.
Preferably, this metallic film will be deposited on the bottom of the sign, in the form of vapor produced in a vacuum. We can, by this process, deposit the metal film only on the bottom 9 of the signs or on the entire lower surface 11 of the dial to remove afterwards on the part of this surface which surrounds the signs, after which, we can possibly ment, after having covered the sign with a protective screen, depositing, by the same process, a metallic film of another color on the lower surface 11 of the dial surrounding the signs; the latter surface 11 could also be covered with a non-metallic substance, a varnish for example.
