Description

  Der Gegenstand der     Erfindung    ist auf der Zeich  nung in zwei Ausführungsformen beispielsweise dar  gestellt. Es zeigen:           Fig.    1 die eine     Ausführung    einer Klappschute in       Seitenansicht;          Fig.    2 ,die gleiche Schute     in    Draufsicht;

         Fig.    3     einen    Querschnitt durch einen     Endponton     mit geschlossener und     strichpunktiert    angedeutet ge  öffneter Lage der beiderseitigen     Klappen;          Fig.4    einen entsprechenden     Querschnitt    durch  den     mittleren    Ponton;       Fig.    5 die andere Ausführung einer Klappschute  in Seitenansicht;       Fig.    6 die gleiche Schute in Draufsicht;

         Fig.    7     einen    Querschnitt durch     den    Zwischenpon  ton in     Schutenmitte;          Fig.    8 einen vertikalen Längsschnitt durch eine  Kupplungsstelle (bei  A  );       Fig.9        ebenfalls    einen vertikalen     Längsschnitt     durch zwei     andere        Kupplungsstellen        (bei         B     und   C );

         Fig. 10 einen vertikalen Querschnitt durch die vierte Kupplungsstelle (bei D ).

      Folding barge for the transport of dredged material or the like The invention relates to a folding bar for the transport of dredged material or the like, with flaps which can be swung out to the side and which, as is well known, can be designed as hollow bodies capable of carrying and the loading space limit, extend over the entire length of the barge. With such a design, apart from the floor joint in the longitudinal center plane, only one comparatively short joint in the front or rear boundary wall of the cargo space needs to be sealed when the cargo space is closed. That for arranging on-board facilities, e.g.

   B. the mooring bollard, an anchor winch, etc., serving deck on the fore and aft is known to consist of two hinge-like interconnected parts that assume a corresponding inclined position when the flaps are pivoted out.

  In order to make such a folding barge independent of external drive, it is provided with its own drive unit according to the claim of the main patent - usually arranged in the area of the stern. The drive unit, which consists of the motor, propeller shaft and propeller, can be supported together with the steering position on one side of the cover with a fixed joint and on the other side, which is pivotably connected to the former, with a joint that can be moved transversely on the same in a known manner be.

  For the production, transport and usability of such self-propelled collapsible barges, there are additional advantages if, according to the present invention, they consist of several pontoons, one behind the other and detachably connected to one another in the longitudinal direction, of which the two end pontoons form the fore and aft At least one middle pontoon contains the hold.

      In this way, the flaps on both sides belonging to each pontoon can be opened. Manufacture individually and also transport, so that the assembly of the whole; Schute, is also possible at a location remote from the place of manufacture. This is of particular importance for the use of such barges on inland waterways, which can only be reached by land, but also in other cases when the barge could in principle be transferred by swimming. However, overland transport is shorter and more expedient.

  Furthermore, the same end pontoons can be used for barges of different loading capacities by providing a middle pontoon with a correspondingly long dimension for a smaller or larger loading space or optionally installing one or more pontoons. The latter option comes into consideration when the same barge is to be used temporarily for a smaller or larger load.

       When arranging several cargo space pontoons one behind the other, it is advisable to install a pontoon-like intermediate piece between each two adjacent pontoons of this type, which like the end pontoons has two hinge-like interconnected deck halves and with pressure-operated devices for opening and closing the flaps on both sides can be equipped.

  In addition, pipes or other hollow profiles running in the longitudinal direction of the pontoon flaps can be arranged as stiffening members in the corners of the pontoon flaps and can be designed to accommodate coupling elements at the ends of the pontoon.

  The object of the invention is provided on the drawing voltage in two embodiments, for example, represents. The figures show: FIG. 1 an embodiment of a hinged barge in a side view; Fig. 2, the same tray in plan view;

         Fig. 3 shows a cross section through an end pontoon with closed and indicated by dash-dotted lines ge opened position of the flaps on both sides; 4 shows a corresponding cross section through the middle pontoon; Fig. 5 shows the other embodiment of a hinged barge in side view; 6 shows the same tray in plan view;

         7 shows a cross section through the intermediate pon ton in the middle of the barrel; 8 shows a vertical longitudinal section through a coupling point (at A); 9 also shows a vertical longitudinal section through two other coupling points (at B and C);

         10 shows a vertical cross section through the fourth coupling point (at D).

  The barge according to Figs. 1-4. consists of two flaps 1, 2 of the aft end pontoon, flaps 3, 4 of the middle cargo hold pontoon and flaps 5, which are arranged in mirror image to one another on either side of the central longitudinal ship level,

   6 of the front end pontoon. The flaps of the two end pontoons have a rectangular cross-section with a deck extending over their entire width and are connected to one another in a hinge-like manner at their upper inner longitudinal edge. The aligned hinge connections 7 form the pivot axis of the whole barge, the flaps on both sides with the help of hydraulically operated cylinders 8,

   which are housed in niches 9 of the end pontoons, held together or pushed apart. If necessary, it is also sufficient for the opening flaps if the cylinders 8 are relieved of the pressure medium, because then the weight of the load already exerts a sufficient pivoting force in this sense.

  In the four corners of the middle flaps 3, 4 forming the hold are arranged in the longitudinal direction dersel ben extending tubes 10, which serve to stiffen the hollow body in question in place of the otherwise necessary chimney plates, deck stringers, etc. This simplifies the construction and at the same time provides greater longitudinal strength. The tubes can also by other suitable designated profile body, z. B. be replaced with segment or kastenför shaped cross-section.

  The tubes 10 also serve at their ends together with coaxially in the: Endponton flaps 1, 2 and 5, 6 arranged shorter Roh Ren 11 for receiving coupling elements, as can be seen in detail from FIGS. 8-10.

  5-7 show another embodiment, in which two cargo space pontoons between the two end pontoons 1, 2 and 5, 6. 3, 4 or 3 ', 4' and between these a shorter intermediate pontoon are provided. The two flaps 12, 13 of the latter have, as can be seen from FIG. 7, just like the end pontoons, one that is continuous over the entire width,

   Laterally, however, according to the shape of the cargo hold pontoons, a deck set off and a hinge connection 14 similar to the hinge connections 7 of the end pontoon flaps and aligned with the same. The same applies to tubes 15 with respect to tubes 10 of the adjacent pontoons.

  In addition, a hydraulically operated cylinder 8 'is accommodated in a niche 9', also in accordance with the end pontoons. This Einrich device serves on the one hand to increase the pivoting force when opening and / or closing the barges and on the other hand to keep the floor joint tight over the entire length.

   If hydraulic cylinders are only provided in the area of the end pontoons in such a design with several cargo space pontoons, a gap can arise as a result of the heavy load in the ground through which fine-grained cargo such as sand or mud can be partially removed during the journey is rinsed out. In the case of coarser cargo, e.g.

   B. stones, the activation of such an additional hydraulic cylinder, possibly also the entire intermediate pontoon, is not necessary.

  The coupling together of the neighboring pon tons takes place according to FIGS. 8, 9 with the help of double cone bodies 16, half of which protrude into two corresponding hollow cones 17, 18 with some play. Each hollow cone consists of a sheet metal welded into a tube 10 or 11 or 10 or 15, which cuts exactly with the face of the pontoon in question.

   To lock such a double cone body in two opposing hollow cones, bolts are used, which are pushed into aligned transverse bores of the cone body and the hollow cone when the pontoons are in close contact with one another.

  The use shown in Fig. 8 from the accessible interior of the pontoon flaps her perpendicularly a pushed coupling bolts 19, which extend through a coker pipe 20 reaching over the empty waterline of the barge and at the upper end in the locking position .by:

      two nuts 21 arranged on their threaded part are secured, especially for the lower external coupling point (denoted by A in Fig. 4), so that no water can penetrate into the interior of the pontoons in the event of a breakage of the coupling bolts.

  For the two upper coupling points B, C located just below the deck, it is sufficient, as shown in FIG hold. The interior of the pontoon is sealed by a hood 23 welded from below to the pipe 10 or 11 against the hole used for inserting the bolt 19 '.

  At the fourth coupling point D, which is at the same height as coupling point A, but in NEN at the floor joint of the cargo space, can only be used in accordance with FIG C?>, Short coupling bolts 19 'provided with a welded collar 22 who the. At the end of the trough space, a removable cover 24 is arranged here in the direction of the inclined trough wall.

   The interior of the pontoon is sealed at this point against the pipe 10 receiving the coupling elements laterally outside the Bol zens 19 '.
