Ski boot with tensioning levers The invention relates to a ski boot with at least one tensioning lever anchored on one closing tab, which can be hung on the second closing tab in at least two clamping devices and can then be folded over on this closing tab.
The invention aims to improve this clamping lever. Since the known clamping levers can only be attached in individual clamping positions and have no intermediate positions, it can happen that the ski boot is still too loose on the foot in one position of the clamping lever.
while it is already too tight in the next clamping position.
In order to avoid this disadvantage, the aim of the invention is to create a clamping lever for ski boots which enables fine adjustment between the individual clamping positions of the clamping lever and which is characterized by
that it is anchored on the locking tab via a threaded bolt that is intended for fine adjustment of the closing tension of the clamping lever.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is described in detail in the accompanying drawing.
In the single figure of the drawing, a clamping plane for a ski boot is shown schaubilcllich.
The device shown in this figure has a clamping lever 10, one end of which is forked. The bulged legs 11 and 12 of the forked part are connected at their end by a pin 13 mutually. At the other end of the clamping lever 10 there is a tab 14,
which is gripped by hand when opening and closing the clamping lever. This tensioning lever 10 is articulated to a tensioning bracket 16 by means of a hinge pin 15. This clamping bracket 16 is forked at both ends and the legs of the forked
Ends are each connected to one another by a pin 15 or 17. As mentioned, the clamping lever 10 is articulated on one pin 15, while a threaded bolt 18 is articulated on the other pin 17. One end of the threaded bolt 18 is bent over to form an eyelet 19 which engages around the pin 17.
The other end of the threaded boss 18 has a thread and is screwed into a cam 20 of an anchor plate 21.
This anchor plate 21 has four holes 22 which are used to fasten the anchor plate 21 to a closing flap of the ski boot, not shown. On the other ren closing flap of the ski boot, not shown, there is an abutment in which the pin 13 of the clamping lever 10 can be hung in at least two positions.
The operation of the device described Vorrich is as follows: On the one hand: Closing flap of a ski boot over the clamping bracket 16,
the threaded bolt 18 and the anchor plate 21 attached clamping lever 10 is hung with its pin 13 in one of the clamping positions of the abutment on the other closing tab and then folded over on this closing tab.
If it turns out that the ski boot sits too loosely on the foot in one clamping position and is too tight in the other clamping position, the clamping lever is opened again. The bracket 16 can then be rotated so that
that the threaded bolt 18 is either screwed deeper into the cam 20 or unscrewed therefrom, thereby changing the closing tension, and any desired intermediate position between the two clamping positions mentioned is possible thanks to the fine adjustment according to the invention.
The anchor plate 21 with the cam 20 can be made of a suitable plastic and can be elastic.
