<tb> bis <SEP> heute <SEP> nur <SEP> durch <SEP> komplizierte <SEP> Totalsynthesen <SEP> zugäng lich <SEP> gewesen. <SEP> Es <SEP> wurde <SEP> neun <SEP> gefunden, <SEP> dass <SEP> plan <SEP> auf
<tb> einfachem <SEP> Wege, <SEP> ausgehend <SEP> von <SEP> den <SEP> im <SEP> belgischen
<tb> Patent <SEP> Nr. <SEP> 564 <SEP> 254 <SEP> beschriebenen, <SEP> durch <SEP> Belichtung <SEP> von
<tb> A1,4-3-Oxo-steroid,di-,din <SEP> guter <SEP> Ausbeute <SEP> erhältlichen
<tb> A3-2-Oxo-1,Sss-cycl-o-l0a-istenolden, <SEP> zu <SEP> 2-Acyloxy-A4 3-Oxo-l0a-steroiden <SEP> und <SEP> von <SEP> diesen <SEP> gemäss <SEP> dem <SEP> vorlie genden <SEP> Verfahren <SEP> zu <SEP> 04-3-Oxo-10a <SEP> Steroiden <SEP> gelangen

Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH Verfahren zur Herstellung von A4-3-Oxo-10a- steroiden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein A4- 2-Acyloxy-3-oxo-l0a steroid in einem Lösungsmittel mit Zink erwärmt.UNTERANSPRÜCHE il. Verfahren gemäss Patentanspruch, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man @die Reduktion in deinem nieder aliphatischen Alkohol ausführt. 2. Verfahren gemäsis Patentanspruch, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, .dass man die Reduktion meiner nieder aliphatischen Carhonsäure ausführt. 3.Verfahren gemäss Patentanspruch und den Unter ansprüchen 1 und 2, .dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Reduktion beim Siedepunkt des verwendeten Lö sungsmittels durchführt. 4. Verfahren gemäss Patentanspruch, dadurch ge- kennzeichnet, dass man in :erhaltenen Verfahrensproduk ten vorhandene veresterte Hydroxygmppen hydrolysiert.
