Description
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind neue wertvolle Farbstoffpräparate, welche mindestens einen Azofarbstoff der Formel

worin D der Rest einer Diazokomponente, A der Acylrest einer organischen Säure, d ein Wasserstoffatom, ein Chloratom, eine niedere Alkylgruppe, eine niedere Alkoxygruppe, eine Phenylthio- oder Phenoxygruppe und R ein gegebenenfalls substituierter Alkylrest ist, und ein Dispergiermittel enthalten. Als Dispergiermittel dient z. B. Sulfitcelluloseablauge oder ein synthetisches Waschmittel, oder eine Kombination verschiedener Netz- und Dispergiermittel. Die Farbstoffpräparate können in bekannter Weise, z. B. durch Vermahlen des Farbstoffes in trockener oder nasser Form mit oder ohne Zusatz von Dispergiermitteln beim Mahlvorgang erhalten werden.
Die in den Farbstoffpräparaten verwendeten Farbstoffe sind neu. Die neuen Farbstoffe werden erhalten, indem man eine Kupplungskomponente der Formel

Die Gruppe R1 ist eine niedere, d. h. 1 bis 4, vorzugsweise 2 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatome enthaltende Alkylgruppe, wie eine Methyl; Äthyl; n-Propyl- oder n-Butylgruppe sein, die in üblicher Weise substituiert sein kann, wie z. Die Gruppen R und R1 enthalten im allgemeinen nicht mehr als 18 Kohlenstoffatome.
Der Rest R ist ein Rest eines Alkohols, welcher von der Hydroxylgruppe befreit worden ist.
Als Alkohole seien genannt: Methanol, Äthanol, n-Propanol, i-Propanol, Butanol, sec.-Butanol, Iso-butanol, 2-Äthylhexanol, 2,2-Dimethylpentanol, 2,2,4-Trimethylpentanol, Dodexylalkohol, Ocetadecylalkohol, Benzylalkohol, Allylalkohol, Methallylalkohol, Zimtalkohol, Laurylalkohol, Oleylalkohol, Diäthylenglycol monomethyläther oder -monoacetat, Triäthylenglycolmonobutyläther, Der Diazorest D leitet sich hauptsächlich ab von monooder bicyclischen Aminen der Formel

Die Diazotierung der erwähnten Diazokomponenten kann der Stellung der betreffenden Aminogruppe entsprechend, z. B. mit Hilfe von Mineralsäure und Natriumnitrit oder z. B. mit einer Lösung von Nitrosylschwefelsäure in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure, erfolgen.
Die Kupplung kann ebenfalls in an sich bekannter Weise, z. B. in neutralem bis saurem Milieu, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart von Natriumacetat oder ähnlichen, die Kupplungsgeschwindigkeit beeinflussenden Puffersubstanzen oder Katalysatoren, wie z. B. Dimethylformamid, Pyridin, respektiv dessen Salzen, vorgenommen werden.
Die neuen Farbstoffe sind in der Regel in Wasser unlöslich.
Die Kupplungskomponenten werden erhalten, indem man ein Amin der Formel

Als Ausgangsstoffe geeignete Carbonsäurehalogenide der Formel A-Halogen sind aliphatische Säurechloride, wie Acetylchlorid, Chloracetylchlorid, Propionylchlorid, n-Butyrylchlorid, Crotonsäurechlorid, 4-Chlorbutyrylchlorid, araliphatische Carbonsäurehalogenide, wie Phenylacetylchlorid oder p-Nitrophenylacetylchlorid, aromatische Carbonsäurechloride, wie Benzoylchlorid, o, m- und pMethyl- und Äthylbenzoylchlorid, o; m- und p-Methoxy- und Äthoxybenzoylchlorid, 3,4-Dinitrobenzoylchlorid, 2,4- oder 3,4-DichlXorbenzoyl- chlorid, p-Phenylazobenzoylchlorid, heterocyclische Carbonsät'rehalogenide, wie Furan-2-carbonsäurechlorid, 2-Thenoylchlorid, 2-Thienylacetylchlorid und Nicotinsäurechlorid.

Methylisocyanat, n-Propylisocyanat, n-Butylisocyanat, Octylisocyanat, Butyl-isocyanatoacetat, Phenylisocyanat, p-Tolyl, o-, m- oder p-Tolylisocyanat, 2,5-Dichlorphenylisocyanat, 2-Biphenylylisocyanat, Tetrahydrofurfurylisocyanat, 3-Isocyanato-pyridin und 2-Furylisocyanat
Die neuen Farbstoffpräparate eigenen sich ausgezeichnet zum Färben und Bedrucken von Leder, Wolle, Seide und vor allem synthetischen Fasern, wie beispielsweise Acryloder Acrylnitrilfasern, Polyacrylnitrilfasern und Mischpolyme ren aus Acrylnitril und anderen Vinylverbindungen, wie Acryl estern, Acrylamiden, Vinylpyridin.
Vinylchlorid oder Vinylidenchlorid, Mischpolymeren aus Dicyanäthylen und Vinylacetat, sowie aus Acrylnitril-Blockmischpolymeren, Fasern aus Polyurethanen, Polyolefinen wie basisch modifizierten, mit Nickel modifizierten oder unmodifizierten Polypropylen, Cellulosetri- und 21L-acetat und insbesondere Fasern aus Polyamiden, wie Nylon-6, Nylon-6,6 oder Nylon 12 und aus aromatischen Polyestern, wie solche aus Terephthalsäure und Äthylenglykol oder 1,4-Dimethylcyclohexan, und Mischpolymeren aus Terephthal- und Isophthalsäure und Äthylenglykol.
Die Färbepräparate enthalten Dispergiermittel und feinverteilten Farbstoff in solcher Form enthält, dass beim Verdünnen der Farbstoffpräparate mit Wasser eine feine Dispersion entsteht.
Zur Erreichung starker Färbungen auf Polyäthylenterephthalatfasern erweist es sich als zweckmässig, dem Färbebad ein Quellmittel zuzugeben, oder aber den Färbeprozess unter Druck bei Temperaturen über 100 C, beispielsweise bei 120 "C, durchzuführen. Als Quellmittel eignen sich aromatische Carbonsäuren, beispielsweise Salicylsäure, Phenole, wie beispielsweise o- oder p-Oxydiphenyl, aromatische Halogenverbindungen, wie o-Dichlorbenzol oder Diphenyl.
Zur Thermofixierung des Farbstoffes wird das foulardierte Polyestergewebe, zweckmässig nach vorheriger Trocknung, z. B. in einem warmen Luftstrom, auf Temperaturen von über 100 "C, beispielsweise zwischen 180 bis 210 "C, erhitzt.
Die gemäss vorliegendem Verfahren erhaltenen Färbungen können einer Nachbehandlung unterworfen werden, beispielsweise durch Erhitzen mit einer wässerigen Lösung eines ionenfreien Waschmittels.
Weiterhin kann man z. B. in organischen Lösungsmittelflotten färben, wie einer Mischung aus Perchloräthylen und Dimethylformamid.
Nach dem vorliegenden Verfahren erhält man kräftige Färbungen und Drucke von guten Echtheiten.
In den nachfolgenden Beispielen bedeuten die Teile, sofern nichts anderes angegeben wird, Gewichtsteile, die Prozente Gewichtsprozente, und die Temperaturen sind in Celsiusgraden angegeben.
Beispiel 1
20,3 Teile 3,B-Cyanäthylaminoacetanilid, 56 Teile Chloressigsäureäthylester und 25 Teile Natriumbicarbonat werden 16 Stunden im Ölbad von 1500 gerührt, durch Wasserdampfdestillation wird der überschüssige Chloressigsäureäthylester abgetrieben, der Rückstand wird aus Wasser/Alkohol kristallisiert Man erhält so die Kupplungskomponente der Formel

1,73 Teile 2-Chlor4nitroanilin werden auf übliche Weise in Nitrosylschwefelsäure diazotiert und auf Eiswasser ausgetragen.

Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCHFarbstoffpräparate, welche mindestens einen Azofarbstoff der Formel EMI15.2 worin D der Rest einer Diazokomponente, A der Acylrest einer organischen Säure, d ein Wasserstoffatom, ein Chloratom, eine niedere Alkylgruppe, eine niedere Alkoxygruppe, eine Phenylthio- oder Phenoxygruppe und R1 ein gegebenenfalls substituierter Alkylrest ist, und ein Dispergiermittel enthalten.UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1. Farbstoffpräparate gemäss Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Farbstoff enthalten in welchem R1 ein Phenyläthyl-, Benzyl-, Cyanäthyl, Cyanäthoxyäthyl-, Halogenäthyl-, oder Acyloxyalkylrest ist.2. Farbstoffpräparate gemäss Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Farbstoff enthalten in welchem in Rl die Acyloxyalkylgruppe für eine Benzoyloxy-, Acetoxyäthyl-, Propionyloxyäthyl-, Butyryloxyäthyl-, oder Alkyloxycarbonyloxyalkylgruppe steht.3. Farbstoffpräparate gemäss Unteranspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Farbstoff der Formel EMI15.3 enthalten.4. Farbstoffpräparate gemäss Patentanspruch oder einem der Unteransprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Diazokomponente von einem Amin der Formel EMI15.4 worin a ein Wasserstoff- oder Halogenatom, eine Alkyloder Alkoxy; Nitro; Cyan; Carbalkoxy- oder Alkylsulfongruppe, b ein Wasserstoff- oder Halogenatom, eine Alkyl; Cyan- oder Trifluormethylgruppe, e eine Nitro-, Cyan-, Carbalkoxy- oder Alkylsulfonylgruppe, f ein Wasserstoff- oder Halogenatom, eine Carbalkoxy- oder eine Carbonsäureamidgruppe bedeuten, ableitet.
