Description
BESCHREIBUNG io Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Spaltung von Allylestern und -ethern. Diese Reaktion wird durch Palladium katalysiert.
Es ist bekannt, eine Carbonsäure in Form einer Allyloxycar-bonylgruppe zu schützen, indem man eine Carbonsäure mit 15 einem Allylalkohol verestertund danach die Allyloxycarbonyl-gruppe spaltet, um die Carbonsäuregruppe, nachdem sie geschützt war, wieder in die ursprüngliche Form zurückzuver-wandeln. So beschreiben z. B. Othani et al in «Journal ofOrganic Chemistry», 1984, Band 49, Seiten 5271-5272, dass die am Ende 20 stattfindende Abspaltung der Schutzgrüppe von der C-3-Ester-funktion eine kritische Stufe bei der Synthese von Carbapene-men darstellt. In diesem Zusammenhang wird als Beispiel die Spaltung der Allylestergruppe unter Einwirkung von Palladium^) genannt.
25 Die nachfolgend aufgeführten Druckschriften befassen sich alle mit der Spaltung der Allyloxycarbonylgruppe bei ß-Lactam-derivaten, deren Carboxylgruppe geschützt ist. Dazu zählen Penicilline, Cephalosporine und Carbapeneme. Es wird dabei Kalium-2-ethylhexanoat in Gegenwart einer katalytischen 30 Menge von Tetrakis(triphenylphosphin)palladium(0) und von Triphenylphosphin eingesetzt:

Engl.», 1984,Band23, S. 71-72, beschreiben den Einsatz einer Allylgruppe als entfernbare Schutzgruppe für eine Carboxylgruppe bei der Synthese 40 labiler O-Glycopeptide. Diese Druckschrift beschäftigt sich mit der Spaltung der Allylestereinheit durch Umsetzung mit etwa 10 Mol.-% Tetrakis(triphenylphosphin)palladium(0) unter Argon in Tetrahydrofuran und in Gegenwart eines lOfachen Überschusses an Morpholin als nukleophilen Akzeptor. 45 AufgabedervorliegendenErfindungistes, ein Verfahren zur Deallylierung von Allylestern und Phenolalylethern bereitzustellen, das die entsprechende Carbonsäure oder das Phenol in höherer Ausbeute bereitstellt als die bekannten Verfahren des Standes der Technik.
50 Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es ferner, ein Verfahren bereitzustellen , das bei niedrigen Temperaturen und kürzeren Reaktionszeiten als im Falle der bekannten Verfahren durchgeführt werden kann, wodurch es möglich wird, das Verfahren für Allylester mit empfindlichem Strukturaufbau einzusetzen, der 55 bei höheren Temperaturen und längeren Reaktionszeiten zerstört werden könnte.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren gelöst, bei dem man einen Allylester einer Carbonsäure oder einen Allylether eines Phenols mit Pyrrolidin oder Piperidin und
60 einer katalytischen Menge eines in einem organischen Medium löslichen Palladiumkomplexes, der einen kordinierenden Phosphinliganden aufweist, zur Abspaltung der Allyleinheit umsetzt. Die erhaltene Carbonsäure oder das erhaltene Phenol gewinnt man dann anschliessend.
61 Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren kann man zur Deallylierung jeglicher Allylester von Carbonsäuren oder von Allylethern von Phenolen, z. B. Allylphenylether, dem Allylester von Benzoesäure, dem Allylester von Zimtsäure usw., einsetzen. Bevor

zugte Allylester, die man mit Hilfe des erfindungsgemässen Verfahrens spalten kann, sind ß-Lactamallylester, wie Penicilline, Cephalosporine und Carbapeneme. Besonders bevorzugt sind Allylester von Carbapenemderivaten, wobei diese Derivate charakterisiert sind durch einen 2-Substituenten der Formel

einen Stickstoff enthaltenden aromatischen Heterocyclus darstellt, der an die Alkylengruppe A über ein Ringkohlenstoffatom gebunden ist und durch den Substituenten R1 quaternisiert ist. Derartige Derivate sind in der GB-Patentanmeldung2128187A detailliert beschrieben, auf die hiermit bezug genommen wird.
Der bevorzugte in einem organischen Medium lösliche Palladiumkomplexkatalysator, derim erfindungsgemässen Verfahren eingesetzt werden kann, ist Tetrakis(triphenylphosphin)palla-dium(O) .Dieser Katalysator wird vorzugsweise in Gegenwart freien Triphenylphosphins eingesetzt. Weiterhin bevorzugt ist es, 0,01-0,1 Mol Katalysator pro Mol Allylester oder -ether einzusetzen. Es ist ferner bevorzugt, etwa 1,5-5 MolTriphenyl-phosphin pro Mol Tetrakis(triphenylphosphin)palladium zu verwenden.
Die Menge an Pyrrolidin oder Piperidin, die bei der Umsetzung eingesetzt wird, beträgt vorzugsweise 1,0-1,5 Mol/Mol Allylester oder -ether.
Man führt die Deallylierungsreaktion vorzugsweise in einem inerten Lösungsmittel durch. Dazu zählen beispielsweise Di-chlormethan, Chloroform, Ethylether, Benzol, Toluol, Ethyl-acetat, Acetonitril usw. Es ist bevorzugt, die Umsetzung bei einer Temperatur von -5°Cbis30°C während eines Zeitraums von 10 min bis 4 h durchzuführen.
Die nachfolgenden Beispiele erläutern bevorzugte erfindungsgemässe Ausführungsformen.

Man gibt Methyltrifluormethansulfonat (1,05 Äquivalente) zu einer mit Eis gekühlten Suspension der Verbindung I in Acetonitril, welche man gemäss Stufe F, Beispiel 21 der GB-Patentanmeldung 2128187A erhält. Nach 20 min gibt man Triphenylphosphin (5 Mol-%), Tetrakis(triphenylphosphin)pal-ladium(O) (2,5 Mol-%) und Pyrrolidin (1,05 Äquivalente) zu. Es tritt augenblicklich eine Präzipitation ein. Die erhaltene Auf-schlämmung rührt man 10 min bei 0 °C. Nach Zugabe von Aceton isoliert man den rohen Feststoff und kristallisiert aus Methanol, wobei man die gewünschte Verbindung II in 70%iger Ausbeute und in 90-93%iger Reinheit erhält.
Ersetzt man Pyrrolidin in Beispiel 1 durch Kalium-2-ethyl-hexanoat, dann erhält man kein Produkt.

Eine Lösung des Allylesters, Verbindung III (0,350 g; 0,936 mMol) in 6 ml trockenem Acetonitril kühlt und man auf -5 °C und behandelt mit Methyltrifluormethansulfonat (0,111 ml, 0,983 mMol). Nach 15 min gibt man eine Lösung von Tetrakis(triphenylphosphin)palladium (0,027 g; 2,5 Mol-%) und Triphenylphosphin (0,027 g) zu. Nach 5-minütigem Rühren der Reaktionsmischung tropft man Pyrrolidin (0,082 ml; 0,983 mMol) zu. Aus der erhaltenen braunen Lösung scheidet sich langsam ein Feststoff ab. Man rührt die Mischung heftig 20 min bei 0 °C, gibt dann 15 ml kaltes Aceton (0 °C) langsam zu und rührt weitere 20 min bei 0 °C. Man filtriert die erhaltene Suspension, wäscht den Rückstand mit kaltem Aceton und trocknet im Vakuum, wobei man 0,345 g eines beigefarbenen Pulvers erhält. Dieses Material nimmt man in einer kleinen Menge eines pH 7 Phosphatpuffers (0,05 M) auf und gibt auf eine

Umkehrphasensäule (ClsBondaPak). Nach Elution mit H;0 und Lyophilisieren der relevanten Fraktionen erhält man 0,255 g eines hellgelben Feststoffes. Man chromatographiert dieses Material erneut wie oben beschrieben und erhält (nach Lyophilisieren ) die reine Verbindung IV (0,195 g; 60% Ausbeute) als hellgelben Feststoff.

Eine Lösung des Allylesters, Verbindung V (0,582 g; 0,0015 Mol) in 15 ml trockenem Acetonitril behandelt man mit Methyltrifluormethansulfonat (0,178 ml; 1,575 mMol) unter einer Stickstoffatmosphäre bei -5 °C. Nach 15 min gibt man eine Lösung von Tetrakis(triphenylphosphin)palladium (0,035 g; 2 Mol-%) und Triphenylphosphin (0,035 g) in 1 ml Methylenchlorid zu. Nach 5 min gibt man dann 0,131 ml (1,575 mol) Pyrrolidin zu. Man rührt die erhaltene Mischung 20 min bei 0 °C, gibt dann 30 ml kaltes Aceton (0 °C) zu, rührt die Mischung heftig 15 min bei 0 °C, filtriert das Präzipitat dann ab, wäscht es mit kaltem Aceton und trocknet es im Vakuum, wobei man 0,520 g eines beigefarbenen Pulvers erhält. Durch Verdünnen des Fil- 55 trats mit Ether erhält man weitere 0,041 g des Rohprodukts. Man löst die vereinigten Feststoffe in einer geringen Menge eines pH 7,4 Phosphatpuffers (0,05 M) und gibt auf eine Umkehrphasensäule (Cl!( BondaPak). Nach Elution mit H20 und dann mit 2% Acetonitril-H20 erhält man nach Lyophilisieren die Verbindung 60 IV (0,413 g; 76% Ausbeute als gelben Feststoff.

Zu einer mit Eis gekühlten Suspension des Allylesters, Verbindung VII (10,00 g; 26,7 mMol) in 100 ml Acetonitril gibt man Methyltrifluormethansulfonat (3,17 ml, 28,05 mMol). Man rührt die erhaltene homogene gelbe Lösung bei 20 °C, gibt Triphenylphosphin (350 mg; 1,33 mMol) und Tetrakis(triphenylphosphin)-palladium (770 mg; 0,66 mMol) in 20 ml Methylenchlorid nacheinander zu, rührt die Mischung 5 min und gibt dann eine Lösung von Pyrrolidin (2,4 ml, 28,05 mMol) in 15 ml Acetonitril während eines Zeitraums von 5 min zu. Es findet eine Kristallisation statt. Man rührt die erhaltene Aufschlämmung 10 min bei 0 °C, gibt vorgekühltes Aceton (150 ml) zu und rührt die Mischung 15 min. Man filtriert den erhaltenen gelben Feststoff ab und wäscht ihn zweimal mit 60 ml Aceton. Nach dem Trocknen reibt man den gelben Feststoff 30 min in 50 ml kaltem (0 °C) Methanol. Man filtriert die erhaltene beige Paste, trocknet teilweise und löst in 20 ml kaltem Wasser. Man filtriert die erhaltene Mischung schnell und gibt dann 100 ml kaltes Ethanol zu. Nach 10-minütigem Rühren bei 0 °C findet eine Kristallisation statt. Man rührt die erhaltene Mischung weitere 1,3 h. Man sammelt den Feststoff und trocknet 3 h im Hochvakuum, wobei man die Verbindung VIII in 51,8%iger Ausbeute (4,82 g) erhält.

Eine Lösung des Allylesters, Verbindung IX (12,63 g; 33,707 mMol) in 124 ml Acetonitril behandelt man bei 0-5 °C unter einer Stickstoffatmosphäre, indem man Methyltrifluormethansulfonat (4,055 ml; 35,349 mMol) zutropft. Man rührt die erhaltene klare gelbe Reaktionsmischung 15 min bei 0-5 °C und gibt zu dieser bei 0-5 °C gehaltenen Reaktionsmischung auf einmal 429,44 mg (1,661 mMol) Triphenylphosphin und dann eine Lösung von Tetrakis(triphenylphosphin)palladium (959,56 mg; 0,831 mMol) in 33 ml Methylenchlorid. Man rührt die erhaltene orangenfarbene Reaktionsmischung 5 min bei 0-5 °C, tropft dann eine Lösung von Pyrrolidin (3,03 ml; 33,707 mMol) in 41,3 ml Acetonitril zu, rührt diese klare dunkel orangenfarbene Reaktionsmischung 5 min bei 0-5 °C und gibt

dann unter heftigem Rühren portionsweise eiskaltes Aceton (250 ml) und anschliessend wasserfreien Diethylether (150 ml) zu. Man rührt 5 min bei 0-5 °C und filtriert die Suspension dann schnell unter einem Stickstoffstrom. Man wäscht den festen Rückstand mit wasserfreiem Diethylether (50 ml) und trocknet im Vakuum, wobei man 11,05 g (33,12 mMol; Ausbeute 96,6%) der Verbindung X als rohen gelben hygroskopischen Feststoff erhält. Man löst den Feststoff in eiskaltem Phosphatpuffer (75 ml; pH 7,0) und wäscht zweimal mit 50 ml Portionen Diethylether. Man rührt die wässrige Schicht im Vakuum 45 min und reinigt dann mittels Umkehrphasenchromatographie. Nach Reinigen und Lyophilisieren erhält man 9,63 g (27,617 mMol; Ausbeute 81,0%) der Verbindung X.

Die obigen Umsetzungen führt man auf ähnliche Weise durch, wie dies in den Beispielen 1 bis 5 beschrieben ist. Man erhält die Verbindung XII in 72%iger Ausbeute und die Verbindung XIV in 61%iger Ausbeute.
Das folgende Beispiel erläutert den Einsatz von Piperidin anstatt von Pyrrolidin im erfindungsgemässen Verfahren.
Beispiel 8
Man führt die in Beispiel 1 erläuterte Umsetzung wie folgt durch: Zu einer Suspension des Allylesters, Verbindung I (350 mg; 0,971 mMol), in 10 ml Acetonitril, die auf 0 °C gekühlt ist, gibt man Methyltrifluormethansulfonat (0,121 ml; 1,068 mMol). Man rührt die erhaltene hellgelbe Mischung 1 h und gibt dann Triphenylphosphin (25 mg; 0,095 mMol) und Tetrakis(triphenylphosphin)palladium (25 mg; 0,0216 mMol) in 2 ml Methylenchlorid zu. Man gibt Piperidin (0,105 ml; 1,068 mMol) langsam zu und rührt die erhaltene hellorange Mischung bei 0 °C. Nach 15 min bildet sich ein gelbes Präzipitat. Man rührt weitere 1,5 h. Anschliessend gibt man 10 ml Aceton zu und rührt die erhaltene Aufschlämmung 30 min. Man filtriert den Feststoff ab und wäscht ihn mit zwei 10 ml Portionen Aceton und trocknet. Das erhaltene Produkt, 230 mg, 70,7% Ausbeute, besitzt eine Reinheit von 69,4%.
Das folgende Beispiel erläutert das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren, das für eine Deallylierung eines Cephalosporins Anwendung findet.

Zu einer mit Eis gekühlten Lösung des Allylesters, Verbindung XV (787 mg; 1,828 mMol),Tetrakis(triphenylphosphin)-palladium(O) (53 mg; 0,045 mMol) und Triphenylphosphin (50 mg; 0.190 mMol) in 10 ml Methylenchlorid gibt man langsam Pyrrolidin (0,161 ml; 1,919 mMol). Man rührt die Mischung 25 min bei 0 °C und giesst dann in 10 ml einer verdünnten Lösung von Natriumbicarbonat (383 mg). Nach heftigem Rühren trennt man die organische Phase ab und extrahiert nochmals mit 10 ml verdünnter Natriumbicarbonatlösung. Man säuert die wässrige Lösung dann mit IN HCl bei 0 °C auf pH 2,5 an, nachdem man zuvor mit 10 ml Methylenchlorid versetzt hat. Man trennt die organische Phase ab und extrahiert die wässrige Lösung mit weiteren 10 ml Methylenchlorid. Nach Trocknen und Einengen im Vakuum erhält man 630 mg der freien Säure, Verbindung XVI, in 88 %iger Ausbeute.
Die folgenden beiden Beispiele erläutern das Deallylierungs-verfahren, das auf Allylester von Penicillin angewandt wird.
Beispiel 10
Zu einer mit Eis gekühlten Mischung des Allylesters des Penicillins V (540 mg; 1,38 mMol) und Tetrakis(triphenylphos-phin)palladium (40 mg; 0,0345 mMol) in 10 ml Methylenchlorid gibt man Pyrrolidin (0,121 ml; 1,45 mMol). Man rührt die erhaltene Mischung 30 min bei 0 °C, extrahiert dann mit 10 ml einer wässrigen Lösung von Natriumbicarbonat (600 mg), säuert die Lösung mit 5 %iger HCl an und extrahiert dreimal mit 10 ml Methylenchlorid. Nach Trocknen und Einengen im Vakuum erhält man 301 mg (62,3% Ausbeute) der freien Säure des Penicillins V als weissen Feststoff. Das NMR-Spektrum stimmt mit der Struktur der freien Säure des Penicillins V überein.
Beispiel 11
Zu einer Lösung des Allylesters von Penicillin-G (1,456 g; 3,889 mMol) in 20 ml Methylenchlorid gibt man Tetrakis(triphe-nylphosphin)palladium (112 mg; 0,097 mMol) und Triphenylphosphin (100 mg; 0,381 mMol). Nachdem man einige Minuten gerührt hat, erhält man eine homogene Mischung. Man kühlt die Mischung dann auf 0 °C und gibt Pyrrolidin (0,341 ml; 4,984 mMol) in 5 ml Methylenchlorid langsam zu. Man rührt die erhaltene Mischung 15 min bei 0 °C, gibt eine verdünnte Natriumbicarbonatlösung (25 ml) zu, die man hergestellt hat, indem man 1,63 g Natriumbicarbonat in 50 ml Wasser löst, und gibt 10 ml Ethylacetatzu. Nach heftigem Rühren sammelt man den wässrigen Teil. Man extrahiert die organische Phase mit 25 ml der verdünnten Natriumbicarbonatlösung. Man kühlt die vereinigten wässrigen Phasen auf 0 °C, gibt 20 ml Methylenchlorid zu und säuert die Mischung mit 5%iger HCl (etwa 14 ml) auf pH 2 an. Man sammelt die organische Phase und extrahiert die wässrige Mischung mit 25 ml Portionen Methylenchlorid. Die vereinigten organischen Phasen trocknet man, engt im Vakuum ein und erhält 1,22 g (93,8% Ausbeute) der freien Säure des Penicillins-G in Form eines weissen Feststoffs. Das NMR-Spektrum stimmt mit der freien Säure des Penicillins-G überein.
Die beiden folgenden Beispiele erläutern das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren, das auf die Deallylierung einfacher aromatischer Säuren angewandt wird.
Beispiel 12
Zu einer mit Eis gekühlten Lösung des Allylesters von Benzoesäure (1,00 g; 6,16 mMol) in 15 ml Methylenchlorid gibt man Tetrakis(triphenylphosphin)palladium (178 mg; 0,154 mMol). Man rührt die Reaktionsmischung, bis man eine homogene Lösung erhält. Anschliessend gibt man Pyrrolidin (0,540 ml; 6,47 mMol) zu, rührt die erhaltene Mischung20 min bei 0 °C, giesst sie dann in 20 ml einer verdünnten Natriumhydroxidlösung (285 mg NaOH; 7,12 mMol), dekantiert die organische Phase und wäscht die wässrige Lösung mit 5 ml Methylenchlorid. Nach Ansäuern mit 5 %iger HCl (etwa 6 ml) extrahiert man das Benzoesäureprodukt mit dreimal 10 ml Methylenchlorid. Nach Trocknen und Einengen im Vakuum erhält man 730 mg (97% Ausbeute) der Benzosäure, die man als weissen Feststoff mit einem Schmp. von 122-123 °C isoliert.
Beispiel 13
Zu einer mit Eis gekühlten Lösung des Allylesters von trans-Zimtsäure (1,0 g; 5,31 mMol) und Tetrakis(triphenylphosphin)-palladium(O) (150 mg; 0,13 mMol) in 15 ml Methylenchlorid gibt man Pyrrolidin (0,466 ml, 5,58 mMol). Man rührt die erhaltene Mischung 50 min bei 0 °C, giesst sie dann in 20 ml einer verdünnten Natriumhydroxidlösung (5,86 mMolNaOH), wäscht die organische Phase mit zweimal 15 ml Portionen Methylenchlorid und säuert dann mit verdünnter 5%iger HCl an. Man extrahiert die Säure dann mit dreimal 10 ml Methylenchlorid. Die organische Phase trocknet man dann über Magnesiumsulfat und engt im Vakuum ein, wobei man 765 mg (97,2% Ausbeute) der trans-Zimtsäure mit einem Schmp. von 133-134 °C erhält. Das NMR-Spektrum stimmt mit der Struktur der trans-Zimtsäure überein.
Das folgende Beispiel erläutert die Deallylierung des Allyl-ethers von Phenol.
Beispiel 14
Zu einer Lösung von Allylphenylether (1,00 g; 7,45 mMol) in 10 ml Methylenchlorid gibt man Tetrakis(triphenylphosphin)pal-ladium (215 mg; 0,186 mMol), Triphenylphosphin (215 mg; 0,819 mMol) und Pyrrolidin (0,684ml; 8,198 mMol). Man rührt die Mischung 4 h bei Raumtemperatur, extrahiert die Reaktionsmischung mit zweimal 10 ml einer 5 %igen wässrigen Natriumhydroxidlösung und säuert die Extrakte mit konzentrierter HCl bis zu einem pH-Wert von etwa 1-2 an. Man extrahiert das Phenol mit dreimal 10 ml Methylenchlorid, trocknet über Magnesiumsulfat und filtriert. Nach Einengen im Vakuum erhält man 625 mg (89,1 % Ausbeute) reines Phenol. Das NMR-Spektrum stimmt mit der Struktur von Phenol überein.

Claims (5)
1. Verfahren zur Spaltung von Allylestern und -ethern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man einen Allylester einer Carbonsäure oder einen Allylether eines Phenols mit Pyrrolidin oder Piperidin und einer katalytischen Menge eines in einem organischen Medium löslichen Palladiumkomplexes, der einen koordinierenden Phosphinliganden aufweist, zur Abspaltung der Allyl-einheit umsetzt und die erhaltene Carbonsäure oder das erhaltene Phenol gewinnt.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 zur Spaltung von beta-Lactam-aliylestern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man einen beta-Lacta-mallylester mit Pyrrolidin und einer katalytischen Menge eines in einem organischen Medium löslichen Palladiumkomplexes, der einen koordinierenden Phosphinliganden aufweist, zur Abspaltung der Allyleinheit umsetzt und das erhaltene Beta-Lactam gewinnt.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Beta-Lactamallylester ein Penicillin, ein Cephalosporin oder ein Carbapenem einsetzt.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 zur Spaltung eines Allylesters eines Carbapenemderivats, wobei das Carbapenemderivat charakterisiert ist durch einen 2-Substituenten der Formel
A eine gerad- oder verzweigtkettige Q-Q-Alkylengruppe,
R1 eine gewünschtenfalls substituierte aliphatische, cycloali-phatische, cycloaliphatisch-aliphatische, aliphatische, hetero-araliphatische oder heterocyclilaliphatische Gruppe oder eine gewünschtenfalls substituierte Aryl-, Heteroaryl- oder Hetero-cyclylgruppe bedeutet und

einen Stickstoff enthaltenden aromatischen Heterocyclus bedeutet, der an die Alkylengruppe A über ein Ringkohlenstoffatom gebunden ist und durch den Substituenten R1 quaternisiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Allylester des Carbapenemderivats mit Pyrrolidin und einer katalytischen Menge eines in einem organischen Medium löslichen Palladiumkomplexes, der einen koordinierenden Phosphinliganden aufweist, zur Abspaltung der Allyleinheit umsetzt und das erhaltene Carbapenemderivat gewinnt.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als in einem organischen Medium löslichen Palladiumkomplex, der einen koordinierenden Phosphinliganden aufweist, Tetrakis(triphenylphosphin)palladium(0) einsetzt.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 0,01-0,1 mol Tetrakis(triphenylphosphin)palladium(0) pro mol Allylester- oder ether einsetzt.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet. dass man das Tetrakis(triphenylphosphin)palladium(0) in Gegenwart von freiem Triphenylphosphin einsetzt.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1,5-5 mol Triphenylphosphin pro mol Tetrakis(triphenyl-phosphin)palladium(O) einsetzt.
9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1,0-1,5 mol Pyrrolidin oder Piperidin pro mol Allylester- oder -ether einsetzt.
10. Verfahrennach Anspruch 1,2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet. dass man die Umsetzung bei einer Temperatur von
-5 °C bis 30 °C während eines Zeitraumes von 10 min bis 4 h durchführt.
