Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Darstellung einer komplexen     Silherverbindung    eines Gemisches  von     a-Aminosüuren.       Komplexe Silberverbindungen von     a-          Aininosäuren    sind noch nicht bekannt. Bei       Zusatz    von Ammoniak und Aminen, z. B.

    von     Methylamin,        Äthylamin    oder     Äthylen-          damin,    sowie von     Cyaniden,        Thiosulfa.t,en,          Rhodaniden    zu organischen und     anorgani-          sehen    Silbersalzen entstehen bekanntlich  komplexe Silbersalze, welche das Silber  nicht oder nur zum geringsten Teil in der  Form des elektrisch     dissozierten    einwertigen  Silberkations besitzen.

   Die Ammoniak-     und          Aminverbindungen    enthalten nach den Un  tersuchungen von     Bodländer    (Berichte der       Deutschen    Chemischen Gesellschaft 36, 1903,  S. 2878<B>)</B>,     Bodländer    und     Fittig    (Zeitschrift  für physiologische Chemie 39, 1902, S. 605),  sowie von     Euler    (Berichte der Deutschen  Chemischen Gesellschaft 36,     1903,    S. 1854)  das komplexe Kation     (Ag        [Am]_)',    wo Am       NH3,   <B>CH,</B>     NH,    usw. bedeutet.

   Die     Cyanid-          doppelsalze    weisen das komplexe Anion       (Ag        [CN]2)',    die     Rhodaniddoppelsalze    das  Anion     (Ag        [SCN]2)',    die     Thiosulfatdo@ppel-          salze    das Anion     (Ag        [S,0.,11)"'    und     (Ag          [S20313)'/"'    auf.

           Gegenstand    der vorliegenden     Erfindung     ist ein verfahren zur     Darstellung    einer  neuen komplexen Silberverbindung eines  Gemisches von     a-Aminosä    Uren, welches dar  auf beruht, dass man auf     Glykokollsilber     einen     tberschuss    eines Gemisches von a  Aminosäuren, wie es     durch    Totalhydrolyse  von Eiweisskörpern gewonnen wird, zur Ein  wirkung bringt.  



  Die entstehende komplexe     Silberverbin-          diing    ist sehr     lichtempfindlich.    Sie löst. sich  in Wasser auch in der Kälte sehr leicht. Die  Lösung reagiert auf Lackmus alkalisch; mit.  Soda und Natronlauge bleibt sie klar.  



       Beispiel:     7.     Teil        Glykokollsilber    wird mit 4 Teilen  eines Gemisches von     a-Aminosäuren,    wie es       durch    Hydrolyse von Seide mit Schwefel  säure gewonnen wird, fein verrieben. Die  wässerige Lösung des entstandenen Salzes  enthält das Silber in komplexer Bindung.
